Easy city to navigate, sightseeing venues central, easy to locate. Staff in shops professional & friendly, happy, good service is shops. Good range of shopping & eateries available, only criticism would be that we couldn’t find a coffee shop open after 4pm on Sunday, apart from the RSL. Botanical gardens worth visiting. Walks, exploring, R and R, shopping and eating out. We loved walking out on the rock jetty and talking with local fishermen. Enjoyed Marriners Lookout, great sea views and vegetation of the area. We had a relaxing family holiday at Anglesea. The location of the holiday park right next to the beach and river meant we barely had to get in the car. Don't let the small hamlet atmosphere fool you - there's a lot to do and see in Peterborough. I mean, what a location! Wild beaches and protected bays, at the mouth of the Curdies River and a freshwater lake. There's lots of wonderful places to stay - we stayed at the Seahorse Villas and it was perfect - location, facilities, booking etc. The locals are so nice and the food is delicious, But the location - the golf course is spectacular, the coastline is spectacular.
