I have been staying in this hotel mostly last 15 years. Each other year I find that they do some renovation. Top location - just on the main street, where all shops and restaurants are. Hotel has some parking places available which is a big plus in the middle of the old city. Excellent breakfast which enough variety of options, plus they can prepare you eggs or omelette according to your preference. Very helpful staff, you can be sure they can assist you for any question you might have.

We were first guests at this hotel. Everything was ready on the rank A1* :-) Hotel right in the middle of the city. Friendly and professional staff, room was clean, we have fresh new water and sweet apples every day at our room. Breakfasts were great, every day Mr. or Mrs. receptionist asks us if everything is ok, this is very pleasant from them. In a case of next visit Sarajevo, we have right choice to accomodation.

I recently stayed at Hotel Nomad Sarajevo and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, stylish, and exceptionally clean, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and provide great recommendations about the city. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Sarajevo! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is perfect — close to the city center, restaurants, and public transport, but still quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication very easy. I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sarajevo!

Mountain Bjelašnica is a breathtaking mountain known for its stunning natural beauty, fresh air, and panoramic views. Tall pine trees and scenic trails make it a perfect place for relaxation and adventure. However, in recent years, the mountain has changed. Too many buildings have been constructed, damaging the peaceful atmosphere. While the architecture may be modern, there is not enough meaningful content or attractions for visitors. There are few cultural activities, limited outdoor sports options, and not enough playground for kids to enjoy. As a result, the mountain feels overcrowded yet empty at the same time. It needs a better balance between development and nature to truly shine again.

If you're looking for a remote location with a focus on...

If you're looking for a remote location with a focus on nature, you can't go wrong with staying in Igman. Just be careful as there are always some dogs to meet in your walks, they're harmless but can be intimidating having a group come near to you.

Sarajevo surprise me.

Sarajevo surprise me. The beauty of the winding canyon that lead to the city was breathtaking, the tall mountains were amazing. We learned so much about the War from people who experienced the terror and devastation.It is heartbreaking to hear and to know what men can do to other men, women and children. The people we met are now in our hearts. I wish I had realized what an amazing and beautiful country Bosnia is because I would have stayed much longer.

Prekrasno skijalište, staze lijepo pripremljene, drže dosta dobro i na +13. Ima dosta gužve, a s obzirom na izgradnju koja je u tijeku, valjalo bi dodati još staza. Odvoz smeća sumnjivo funkcionira i nedostaje pekara. Ljudi su izuzetno ljubazni i osjećaš se zaista dobrodošao! Savršeno za odmor s malom djecom koja još nisu pravi skijaši.

Great city, gracious people, delicious foods and a lot of historical and cultural artifacts to see. Also there are museums and locations that are important to learn about war, siege, genocide. One of the best cities that can teach us our humanity by good things that they have and bad things that they endured.
