The room was large with a great shower and fridge, looking over the garden. We were able to store and charge our bikes in the large garden shed. The house was the Mayors house very, historic, huge and interesting, weddings still take place there. We went to the VVV and were given a personal tour of the museum by a lovely man and lady. Breakfast was excellent smoked salmon and scrambled eggs , smoothie, fresh fruit and yoghurt. Lovely lady who served breakfast too.The historic centre is not huge but beautiful.

Beautiful hotel with a very nice host at the reception, explaining everything into detail and walking with us to the room. Amazing bed, good pillows. Everything seemed brand new. Coffeemachine in the room, also a well stocked minibar. Clean and comfortable bathroom. Free parking in front of the hotel. We did not have breakfast but from the look of it that is good too. Great place and we will be back.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at!! The town was absolutely adorable and the hotel did not disappoint. We rented 2 rooms and both were beautifully renovated. Comfortable beds, stylish decor, modern bathrooms plus breakfast included! Plus the sense of history as the Old Town Hall was very fun, and well respected by the owners. I cannot fault anything, our stay was absolutely perfect. My only regret is that we only stayed 1 night! Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed

    This short break was a lads 4 day holiday so we were looking for good food and good bars. We found all the Dutch people to be really helpful and friendly. Eindhoven was clean, tidy and a great place. The only thing we found was that in the main city centre the drinks and food could be a little expensive but I guess that`s the same in most countries these days.

    Lively city with tons of restaurants, picturesque places to visit. The Jeroen Bosch exhibit was amazing, in particular the astronomical clock! Great choice of vegan options. Very safe and walkable. Away from the crowds.

    I moved to tilburg when I was 21, It was amazing I'd recommend anyone living in europe who is willing to work or study to try it, take the risk.. I left after covid, I returned to Ireland and I've missed it ever since. Although I still visit very frequently :P... I'd also recommend learning the language!! It is an amazing language to learn the dutch culture is warm and welcoming and if you speak the language it is a whole different world.. they are some of the funniest characters you could ever hope to meet.

    We didn’t spend much time locally as we used our property as a base for travelling around. It is in a great central location for many major places of interest such as Amsterdam, Rotterdam, the Corpus Museum, Efteling and Beekse Bergen. It is in easy driving distance from the Dunkirk ferry. There was a Lidl nearby which was very useful for stocking up on provisions.

    Beautiful location among the forest and feeling at home. Upscale shopping in Downtown Oisterwijk. Famous location of Trapipst Abby nearby with amazing old historic country side. Friendly place for all, including Walking, cycling and every sport you can amagine. Also lots to do for children with ferry tale interaction at the "Efteling". Safe place for people to enjoy good food in Bars and restaurants. Unbelievable Oisterwijk location for everyone to enjoy.

    Oosterhout, Netherlands it is an unique place , were from the hotel zonneke shops are close restaurants churches anything we need, it is walkable, bus station close too, the most interesting facts are the history of the hotel and the historical places near by for holidaymakers who enjoy quiet peace romance also a touch of something different and original, thats the place beautiful walks can offer chance to discover the beauty of Oosterhout. So yes for me it was and wi be very good place to get a short or long holiday.

    Eindhoven is a very interesting city to visit. The Van Abbemuseum impressed me with its modern art collection and unique atmosphere. Walking through the old town was also a highlight – cozy streets, historical buildings, and a pleasant vibe.     The folks were friendly enough but food and drink is expensive. Would I visit Breda again? No, not if I can avoid it. The Hague is a much better option with a greater variety of dining establishments and lower prices.
