NetherlandsPersonnel is very friendly. Breakfast is tasty and fresh. There is a nice restaurant attached, where once again food and service is very good. The room for a single traveller was not big, but still had a desk and a nice view from the window, and the bathroom is renovated and very clean. There is no fridge or bar in the room, but it's not expected in this class of hotel. WiFi worked very well. The location of the hotel is great, right in the centre of the town. One can walk to the railway station or go hiking around.

United StatesVery classic old, but charming hotel! All the staff are super friendly! My room was really quaint with old colorful furniture. I had a nice view of the mountains and the village square! The restaurant serves a very tasty pizza! Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of items. The old village of Bergün is so beautiful and there are also wonderful hikes to Latsch & Stugl high above Bergün! Thanks again for an amazing visit! 😁

1. The view from the hotel room is excellent
2. Room size and all features facilities were good ,tip top, my young kids loved the bunk beds
3. Staff were very kind , understanding and very helpful
To give example we forgot rain / snow guard for one of kids stroller they arranged for one on the fly , they were very understanding, if you have small children these small helps mean a lot
4. Bath small pool was excellent
5. Paradise spieleplatz is heaven for kids for any age, you have so many options they love it
6. Additional playing areas , piano , lot of small toys for playing here and there, even at restaurant you have a kids play area they really loved that
7. We went there as 3 family groups total 4 kids , I had 2 toddlers and the other ones were 9 and 11 year old , each kid enjoyed a lot with so many options
8. Steam bath was also very good
9. Food was good
I must appreciate the owner lady and her husband were very kind and helpful, also welcoming which made our stay very pleasant.
If you don't mind staying little outside of Davos platz / banhof then this is the best option I would say for couples and toddlers / family with kids, and also for groups

We had a wonderful stay in a spacious and comfortable room and enjoyed hearty meals in the restaurant. There's a lovely view not just from the room but also from the bathtub. We love how the only way of getting there in the winter is by train – and the journey on the famous Albula line is just spectacular. The sledge run to Bergün starts right outside the hotel, and a train to St Moritz for the pool takes just over 20 minutes. The hosts were super helpful. Special thanks for that surprise on the last day!

I had the best stay ever! A wonderful hotel with an amazing view in a lovely village. The staff was extremly helpfull and friendly. I really recommend a stay here, and book a room with the balcony to see the mountains first thing when you wake up.

The location is amazing ! Stunning view ! The owners were really nice and I will definitely come back . Everything was clean and cozy. This is a hidden jam in the middle of mountains.

Fantastic walks all well signposted.
Fantastic walks all well signposted. Hotel Weisses Kreuz ideally situated in village, 12 minutes walk from station. Bergun is an excellent staging post for the trains that travel from Bergun, over the Bernina Pass to Tirano (E.g. Glacier Express). A must visit, in good weather, is Ospizio Bernina and Alp Grumm.

The village of Filisur is a beautiful, traditional Swiss...
The village of Filisur is a beautiful, traditional Swiss mountain village. It is easily connected to the world by the Rhaetian Railway and frequent bus service. Ideal center for traveling in the area. Train service is hourly. There is also a short train ride to Davos Platz (hourly). Nearby Bergun has more facilities (and an interesting railway museum), and also a lot more traffic through town. Filisur has only one food market and two small hotels.
