We had an amazing stay in a renovated 13th-century tower with the most awesome lake view. The place was super cozy and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. The surrounding area was beautiful with some great landscapes to explore. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming us with small gifts. The house was spotless, and we didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend for a unique stay!

Our stay was truly wonderful. The apartment was sparkling clean and smelled so fresh – it immediately felt like a place to relax. Every detail, from the kitchen equipment to the soft bed linens, was top quality and made us feel really well taken care of. The hosts were incredibly kind and easygoing, which made everything so smooth and enjoyable. We spent hours by the pool, soaking in the sun and that absolutely majestic view – it was pure bliss. Thank you so much to our lovely hosts for creating such a special and welcoming space. We left with full hearts and great memories. Hope to be back one day!

Location is fantastic! Restaurant was very good . They accommodated our daughters food allergies which makes traveling easier. The room was nice and spacious with green air . Staff is so friendly. We will be back to stay here .

Newly opened, beautifully decorated, air conditioned bedrooms, great facilities, family-run and extremely friendly. Set on the banks of Lake Lugano, the terrace, where you have breakfast/ drinks has amazing views across the lake. The breakfast is outstanding- freshly baked breads to start, followed by homemade waffles, and finished off with any type of eggs and bacon. Fabulous orange juice and tea/coffee. The owners also recommended an Italian restaurant 3 minutes walk away, and even reserved a table for us. The food and staff there were amazing too! Villa Patria is a little gem! Can highly recommend!
