Great location in Santiago, close to the Sky Costanera tower, Cenco Costanera and within walking distance of the cable car to the Cerro San Cristobal. The rooms are luxurious and clean and ours had a great view of the Sky Costanera tower. The breakfast restaurant had an exceptional view of the whole city. Honestly not sure why this isn’t a 5 star hotel, this is by far the best 4 star hotel I’ve been to.

Beautiful hotel, with staff who clearly cared about making our stay as nice as possible. We stayed during winter (in July) and while it was cold, each room came equipped with a heater and warm blankets. We also loved the breakfast - bread, meats (or avocado for vegetarians!), cheeses, tomatoes and individual portions of scrambled eggs, along with fruits, yoghurts and cake! The interior was so charming and it was about 30 mins walking to many of the main attractions in Santiago Central :) thank you for such a nice stay!

Hotel was modern & nice, in a very nice location. Los Condes is the safest area to be in Santiago, metro station was very close. Room was very clean and tidy, a bit odd to European standards since the sink & mirror was in the bedroom. Special mention to the breakfast staff and the doormen! everyone was nice and smiling :) also Tomas & ”Will Smith” in the rooftop bar were AMAZING! Also be aware, the hotel DOES NOT accept any debit cards, otherwise you’ll need to pay in local currency which increases the price alot. Also you need to pay safety deposit 50$/night (100$/night with cash), i hope the hotel would’ve mentioned this somewhere since the payment became such a big issue. After sorting the payment for ~25min, reception still charged 15$ for early checkin (we checked in 55min before checkin time), felt quite ridicilous. Overall very good experience, would stay again!

This is a very unique, eclectic property with Cottages that mimic Hippie Caravans and wine barrels. The grounds are sprawling with a pool, open air bar and restaurant and optional spa, hot tubs, etc. The owner and his staff were very helpful as we don't speak the language. There are resident dogs on the property that are very affectionate, but the beagle is quite vocal (barking). The bed was very comfortable in our cottage and we really enjoyed our stay.

Location is in the city center. You can reach almost all main attractions In 1 mile radius. Excellent staffs always help. one front desk staff let me borrow his Bip card to ride metro. it's a great experience. The restaurant is nice with a full selections for the breakfasts.

The hotel had a great location. La Providencia is a great area to stay in Santiago. There were plenty of options within walking distance. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Rooms were big and clean. Can definitely recommend staying here!

Santiago is a vibrant, modern city.

Santiago is a vibrant, modern city. We liked the clean, efficient metro system, the cafe society in some areas, eg Bellavista and the city centre squares and parks like Santa Lucia. There are several very popular pedestrian precincts in the city centre with shops and cafes. Be careful in crowded places eg the old market area - keep desirable belongings (phones, cameras) close and out of sight. Also, expect European price levels - Chile is not a cheap country.

I wish I had stayed shorter time in Santiago and more time...

I wish I had stayed shorter time in Santiago and more time in Rapa Nui as I enjoyed that a lot more. Felt like Santiago is very overrated and I was a bit underwhelmed by the city overall. It’s an expensive city. Metro is easy to get around. I recommend the cable car and funicular for great city views. Santa Lucia has a nice inner city park walk up the hill.

It's a nice city. But watch for the taxi drivers. They will scam you if they can. Not all But some. Pay cash if you can. If you us cards make sure you can see the screen all the time on their tapping machine.
