A modern, beautiful, and friendly hotel. A phenomenal location. However, the most important thing about this hotel is the professional staff, for whom nothing is impossible. In our case, we would especially like to thank and appreciate Doris's professionalism, commitment, empathy, and kindness. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel also offers free afternoon tea for guests. A free, fully equipped laundry room is also a plus. The hotel and staff fully deserve their five-star rating. I highly recommend it.

recently had the pleasure of staying and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I had stumbled upon something special. The staff at the hostel especially Rachel are incredibly welcoming and friendly. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and were always ready to help with any questions or requests. Whether it was providing local recommendations, arranging activities, or just engaging in a friendly chat, their hospitality was outstanding. The atmosphere in this hostel is nothing short of magical. It's a place where travelers from all around the world come together, creating a diverse and lively community. Cleanliness is often a concern when staying in hostels, but I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and I appreciated the effort put into maintaining a hygienic environment. The beds were comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep every night. the breakfast is very delicious and they provide snack all day. In conclusion, the hostel exceeded my expectations in every way. It's not just a place to stay; it's a place to create lasting memories I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming atmosphere, clean and comfortable accommodations. We loved everything about this place. The location is very convenient, walking distance from the city wall. All the spaces are clean, pleasant, very artsy. The staff is very good and super helpful. Many of them speak decent English. Our room was great, super comfortable, bog enough for 3 people to unpack and have space to relax after the whole day. Breakfast choices were good and once day we had to leave early and got our breakfast pack to take away, it was so nice and thoughtful. We visited the cat room once, our daughter loved the experience. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'An!
