Off grid amazing place. So chilled out!

The hotel is very new & beautifully designed with a charming courtyard. We had a nice & modern room. The staff was very attentive & let us really feel at home. We enjoyed their lovely breakfast which included local delicacies.

Comfortable and good value accommodation and food near Faja d'Agua and natural seawater swimming pools. Friendly staff.

Excellent, comfortable and cosy hotel. All major sites and the beach are within walking distance. The staff were very nice and welcoming throughout our stay. The jacuzzi on the rooftop at the bar are a major plus. Nice way to enjoy Mindelo weather in a relaxing way.

Location, food, Quad bike hire, staff and the personal attention of Mirko who is able to communicate in multiple languages, friendly local population ,stunning beaches ⛱️

The staff especially the owner Toni were so helpful in arranging transfers and organising our stay. The room was very nice and the swimming pool was great. The evening we stayed there coincided with an amazing event celebrating Women of Cape Verde with a banquet, disco and excellent live musicians. Toni helped us plan our walking tour to Alcatraz and Faja which was excellent. The hotel's location is good if you are planning hikes in the area (which is cooler than most of the island) such as around Estancia Roque and along the coast. The paths are well marked. Finally Toni made sure we got back to Sao Filipe ok when the normal aluguers werent't running as it was a holiday. I wish them all the lu ck in the world in making the hotel a success.

It was a pleasure staying at Hotel Savana. The building as such is just beautiful and the rooms are very special with a great view. Great location in a very nice little town. We enjoyed it a lot!!!
