We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect – close to everything and very convenient. Parking is available nearby, which made our visit even easier. In short, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Big room with lot of space and comfortable. The room 11 was in the ground floor next to the reception but it was quiet. The man in the reception was really kind and nice. The breakfast had variety of food and it was tasty. The location is good just 1 minute walking to the subway station.

This place was one of my favorite places Iv'e stayed. The mansion was so beautiful and my room was perfect and filled with daylight-views of trees and the beautiful neighborhood outside of my window. The breakfast was top-notch and served in a gorgeous estately room downstairs overlooking a garden and serene backyard. The staff served a wonderful gin from the beautiful bar area adjacent to the lobby. The lobby attendant, who also accmodated persons in the bar area, talked with me personally about the gin and drinks they had available to serve. So nice. I enjoyed 2 nightcaps in the handsome bar area in the evening before returning upstairs to bed. The hotel is walking distance to retail areas. A free shuttle card is provided to take the rail during your stay if you prefer not to walk. The rail can be caught at the end of the street and runs very frequently.

We had a wonderful experience at this Apartment hotel in Düsseldorf. The modern and stylish furnishings, along with the thoughtful amenities (especially for our dogs with such nice bed and snack box!) made our stay enjoyable. Location was very convenient with access to public transportation and parking near by (P+R). The overall experience was great, the view from our balcony was outstanding to be able to see River Rhine with the tower. Also there was a beautiful park right opposite of our hotel so we had a very pleasant time with our dogs. Lastly check-in and out system was very efficient you can do it all by yourself on your phone, so there is no need to wait for somebody to get the key and also you can open the doors with your phone without carrying a card key. Highly recommended to stay here and we would love to come back again next time.

The location was really convenient, in the middle of the "Japanese" neighborhood (which allows for plenty of good food options nearby). The rooms not the biggest but are comfortable. I loved the pillows as well (which often isn't the case in hotels). The breakfast was good and had great views from the restaurant on the 11th floor. Parking garage is under the hotel itself and costs 19 EUR per day. We were in luck that we could check-in early (we arrived in Düsseldorf at 12). The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Düsseldorf is a great city the Christmas markets were excellent. Stayed in the old town lots of restraurants and bars, the people are very friendly and very helpful. Public transport is very good and ticket machines very easy to follow and tickets are very reasonable.

The hotel was close to the River Rhine: there runs a lovely walk along the Rhine under mature trees, so it's shady and comfortable, with really nice views, it's inviting to sit and watch the ships go by, large meadow areas for children to play the town has all facilities, plenty of different shops in the pedestrianised road running from the station to the market square, restaurants, cafe's, ice cream parlours

Ratingen has nice historic center with few restaurants and church in the middle. Overall, it is calm, but this area is populated mostly by industrial companies, warehouses, etc. Getting there is pretty hard from Dusseldorf, since buses are not going that often and you usually travel for around 45 minutes to 1 hour there. Trams are available which are the best way of transport from Ratingen to Dusseldorf.

Comfortable stay, but please provide decent full bed covers on your double beds even if only single occupancy, rather than a pathetic single bed cover! I think you should improve your breakfast for the amount you charge, which at present is excessive.

The part I stayed in had no public facilities like Shops. The hotel itself did not have any refreshments on sale, so there wasnt much to do. I wouldnt recommend it for someone who is on holiday. Lucky for us we spent the entire day out in the big town of Dusseldorf.

It was an amazing trip. The city is beautiful, we walked over the city, going from restaurant to restaurant. There is no bad place to eat there. It has the Little Tokyo area which is amazing, the sushi was as good as in Japan. We went to some brewery with good beers and food, we spent some money on shopping streets, visited the Christmas Market where we ate some of the best wurst ever.

It's a small town away from the busy city centre of Dusseldorf. Its a town that is full of its own history and heritage. English not commonly spoken here but they will understand you. A town that is full of arts & culture such as "CLEMEN SELS MUSEUM & CHURCH"..if its something that you are looking for. Transportation coverage is quite good. A town that has both cultural and modern amenities to look for. Culturally; there are museums and famous old buildings that you can see. Modern...there are places that you can shop such as a mall and some shops that offer products at an affordable pricing. Bring your own bag to keep the stuff you bought as no bags are given for your purchase. Its very quiet on SUNDAYS with 90% of the shops and malls are closed. Just few eateries that is open and probably will be closed by about 4pm on sunday. Most days..the town will come alive around 10am and sleeps by 5pm. So plan your day there well. Do look out for the clock songs that will play in the afternoon. there are 2 buildings that has a clocks with bells that sings & rings. I tried some pastry at this "OEBEL CAFE". i tried the bacon&egg sandwich ...and its tasty. Just like any other city's or town that you go too; you got to be careful with your belongings.

We needed a place close to the airport to sleep over for an early flight. The room met our needs, was clean and comfortable and had lovely restaurants in the area where we could have dinner. Check in and out was effortless.

The walk along the river was stunning.

The walk along the river was stunning. I couldn't sleep the first night (nothing to do with the hotel) and at 4.30 am in early July is was beautiful. The houses look freshly built in the area, and I really liked it.

Plenty of caffès, restaurants and shops.

Plenty of caffès, restaurants and shops. Just make sure you don’t aim to shop on Sundays as everything is closed. In December you can enjoy various Christmas markets (they do operate on Sundays). Only used the tram in town and you can buy tickets on the tram. You can pay cash or card. Germany is still big on cash so make sure you have some at hand.
