- The rooms are quit, spacious and clean. - There is a hidden walkway down to the level of the city centre, which is super convenient - The gym is well equipped - The spa area has all you need, was super relaxing - The 2 rooftops (1 bar, 1 pool) are amazing! The view was really good (we had the best view to see the fireworks during big week) - The staff is coming by every day asking if we need more water on the room and they also bring sweets before bedtime

The hotel was perfect for visiting San Sebastian. The location is perfect, close to the old town and the beach. The rooms are small but comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The staff is very kind, and Andreea was very helpful and extremely friendly. Although located in a pedestrian area, underground parking is possible at the hotel. I appreciated the fact that we received detailed instructions on how to get to the hotel by car. The small gift in the room was a nice surprise

Nice place, very stylishly, tastefully and aesthetically furnished. Perfect service. Very pleasant, willing and dedicated staff. They were making me a good dinner, even if it was closed already. I was a pilgrim just walking and they were willing to take me to the nearest city. They use their own products. The breakfast was excellent, fresh fruits, wide offer, I enjoyed it for two hours. As bonus nice and very kind and cute dog.

The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. We decided not to have breakfast at the hotel as it was very busy with guests. Although the hotel seemed busy, it was not at all noticeable when you were in your room and it was quiet. The parking below the hotel was very convenient with lift access. The gentleman who checked us in was such a genuinely lovely person.

Clean, standard hotel room in superb location and professional, friendly staff. Right on the doorstep of excellent plazas and restaurants and only a short stroll to the Old Town. Free parking only 10-15 minutes walk away, but you could also park at the front of the hotel for 10 minutes for free while you drop your bags off or re-load them.

The property is brand new: from cabins to all the furniture, appliances, utencils, etc. It is away from San Sebastian center, but if you drive your own car, the top-of-hill location is quiet and refreshing. The rooms in cabins are quite comfortable. Also, there is bus from city center to here.

We arrived quite late in the evening by train from Barcelona (9:30pm) and it was wonderful having the restaurant we were able to get an excellent dinner. The bed was large and very comfortable the room spacious and ver quiet. Breakfast was delicious.

This is a most beautiful city, filled with character and...

This is a most beautiful city, filled with character and even though we visited in winter, the weather was very mild and sunny and much less busy compared with the summer months. The city is exceptionally clean and safe. I would highly recommended place to visit for 3-4 days. Excellent bars and pintxos.

We found the Atalaia an ideal stopping off point on our journey to Spain and we will return again. We loved the style and size of the rooms and the modern clean bathroom. Staff were very friendly and only deficit was a lack of coffee/tea in the room.

Zarautz is an impossibly quaint, clean, and beautiful town...

Zarautz is an impossibly quaint, clean, and beautiful town with one of the best surfing beaches in Spain, and possibly Europe. It is a town that is so picturesque it could be in its own movie. The shops are beautiful and tasteful. The restaurants serve some of the best food I've ever tasted. And the beach is huge and absolutely stunning. Everywhere you turn you are rewarded by a beautiful view.

Our 3rd visit to Hondarribia. Wonderful historic centre. Great beach area. Unique in that there is a little boat that crosses to France in 7 mins. Many restaurants and bars. Can be very lively, particularly during festivals.

If you stay for a few days and want to explore the area and...

If you stay for a few days and want to explore the area and get involved with the local culture then this is the hotel for you. If you are just passing through and require an early and quiet evening then this probably isn't the place for you as you are above admittedly an excellent restaurant but unfortunately a little too noisy. Great location though with plenty of parking.

Good value of money.

Good value of money. Quiet comfortable and staffs are very accomodating. We did enjoy Our stay. Maybe if they have other choices for breakfast everything will be perfect😊location is also good. Not far not close but accessible to the nearest bus stop.

Stay here a night at local hotel/winery which is up on the hill. I would come earlier in the day and in weekend to enjoy the town shops. We came on Thursday middle of October which most restaurant closed but the one next to the beach was opened, it was absolutely the best grill fish and octopus I ever had. The town is nice in the evening with yellow light and very relaxing. Balenciaga museum is a good visit too after our check-out. Also many sight-seeing nature spot between Getaria and Zumaia.

I didn’t actually visit Oñati this time, instead I selected to go there for the hiking opportunities that offer a really nice experience. I did the “PR-GI 3006 La Senda de Urbia” and I really recommend it as a half day activity. Great views and lots of horses and other animals along the way. Another activity I’m happy to recommend is the guided tour of the Arrikrutz cave. The caves are impressive on their own and the guide really added another dimension of interest with context and explanations.

Really liked the vibes in San sebastien, I would love to go back. The beach at La Concha is so nice. The only two problems with the area Bilbao-San Sebastien is there is a distinct lack of vegetarian/vegan food and driving on the roads is scary!

On going to the dining room for dinner,We were given strips...

On going to the dining room for dinner,We were given strips of chicken with Chips,and fried lamb chops with chips-nothing else such as sauce (Mint ,gravy )All cooked in a frying pan.We compained and were not charged,but the next day was contacted by the manager who said we had not paid for the dinner.We were then told to pay up,which we have done,Not going there again.
