Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The food is very tasty, fresh and offer a lot of options. The drinks in the restaurant and minibar are not expensive and great quality. The spa is amazing. It is clean, quite, the water and the air are just the right temperature. We will definitally come back.

RomaniaWe liked everything about the property: the location is so close to the Gyula Thermal park that you can walk in your bath suit ( it is opposite the hotel); the room was clean and spacious with functional AC and mini fridge; the bathroom was also big & clean; the breakfast and dinner ( our half board included) was good & enough and we appreciated the cooked meals. It is true that we have paid for coffees & cocktails.. but they were not expensive. We recommend this and we would come back!

United KingdomI've travelled to many countries, staying in many hotels around the world. This hotel I rate among the best in the category (it is definitely at least for a star higher!). I initially came for 4 nights, but then decided to extend for another 8 nights directly at the hotel. First, the hotel is at an excellent location, right across one of the Spa entrances and in a well-kept, peaceful park. The hotel staff are fabulous: all reception staff were fully professional, effective, and at the same time very friendly (I liked Jennifer and Tunde with whom I communicated most and in English or Serbian, but also all other staff that I could not remember the names of). Cleaning staff are caring and keep the room in a perfect condition; they were unintrusive and with full respect to guests privacy. The Internet link is 5G and worked impeccably. The dining room staff is likewise very effective, welcoming and keeping the buffet food in good quantity. The food quality was really exceptional (I had buffet breakfast and dinner), good variety, and very tasty - you really do not need a full board as breakfast and dinner will be quite enough. The hotel has also a nice garden with a pool. Another good thing is that there are enough parking places behind the hotel, and for the hotel guests, it is free. The car park looked very secure. Distance to the town centre is only around 15 min walking. Gyula is a small, charming and clean little spa town, but it also has a large Interspar, Tesco and dm superstores. The prices of extra drink in the hotel, and generally in Gyula, are quite affordable and lower than in majority other European countries. I sincerely recommend this hotel.

I've stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life, and I work in the hotel industry myself, but during check-in, we just received the best service we've ever had. The receptionist named Zsolt introduced the hotel in a very cheerful and humorous way, going into great detail and covering all the services. I truly appreciate this kind of sincere friendliness.
We had no idea about the adults-only (+18) concept, but in the end, we liked it and found it creative.
The room has huge mirrors everywhere – even on the ceiling – and the bed is at least 3 meters wide. The mattress is extremely comfortable, and the pillows are just perfect too.
Breakfast is served in the hotel next door – hearty and delicious. The small spa area doesn’t offer anything extraordinary, but we still had a great time there.
We'll definitely come back again!

Exceptionally clean and rather quiet. The staff is polite and very helpful, most of them are young and speak fluent English. The hotel is warm enough, bathrooms a bit warmer than rooms. You can choose from a variety of food at both breakfast and dinner. All the cooked food is warm and delicious. Three kinds of juice are available at breakfast, together with cold and warm milk, tea, water and a wide range of coffee. Both breakfast and dinner include several desserts.

Exceptional place and great hosts! We arrived a bit later than originally planned, and yet someone was there waiting for us with a smile on their face. The room was large and comfortable, with a small balcony. A parking space was provided against a small fee. The walk from the Panzio to the entrance of the thermal baths is exactly 2 minutes. I greatly recommend this place and will stay again during future travels.

Great place to visit and enjoy. Lots of activities and things to do in the SPA park. The fact that it is located in a park and there are lots of trees and green lawns is a big advantage, The food inside the park is tasty and quite affordable.
The city itself is clean and full of flowers, lots of opportunities for cool evening walks after a SPA day

I went many times for Gyopárosfürdő aqua park which is a good choice for a tranquil getaway with swimming and nature. Orosháza ia a quiet little town with not much to do outside going to the baths, but a safe, nice and friendly town with good options to eat local food choices in some restaurants we tried and enjoy peace and quiet.

Nice place. The botanical garden is huge and should be visited in early autumn. A lot of peacocks stay here. Mini Hungarian is also worth a visit. Visit the theater on the water. Have a drink or eat at Újváros Bisztró.

Unfortunatly the roads are worse and worse in Hungary. Gyula it’s beatiful, in the autumn you can make great photos. I’ve found very neat and cozy restsurants such as Varkonyi bistro, was always full with guests, the food was very tasty, serving 1st class. They have a cookie shop named The 100 years old cookie shop, but was under renovation who knows till when, that was bit sad, I always visit it.
