Its squeaky clean. I liked the token gift and arrival juice. Its like oasis feeling in desert when we take sip in summer. The check out gift was mud rolled seeds that has different indian native seeds - i will remember that forever. The fruit plate in room was good enough for peoole who checkin as some travel oveeseas and the odd time to have food or availanility of food. Must recommed to all couples

Beautifully appointed rooms in a smallish new building. Gorgeous views across to the mountains, especially if you choose a room on the top 2 floors. The manager was exceptionally helpful and professional, with very good English. All the staff that we encountered were kind and smiley.

Great Trails Yercaud Hotel is like an oasis in the sky. The elevated setting and architecture of this well-maintained complex is enchanting, the photos not doing it justice. I really liked the setout of the room (valley view) and it was lovely sitting out on the balcony above the clouds looking onto the scenery far below. While we skipped dinner, the breakfast and lunch options were tasty - fresh with lots of variety. The dining room was an experience in itself, with views of the valley and trees. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a lot of attention to detail so as to ensure our comfort. The hotel put on many events and were evidently family and dog-friendly with even a special play area for the dogs. We enjoyed the free tiffin in the afternoons at 4pm again with breathtaking views. Overall a really good experience and we would come again.

We were very pleasantly surprised at how spacious and nice this property was. We have rented 2 apartments in total and we were very happy with both. We´ve got all that we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. Any little problem was quickly solved by the staff. A great bonus was the location... it is very near to the temple, bathing ghats, market and restaurants nearby.

Phenomenal stay in chidambara vilas. The hospitality was so warm, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant staff took such special care of my daughter's order. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The people and history of this place were just amazing. The banana leaf lunch was the best we had in our India trip!

I had booked Super O Hotel, Plot No.2,Umayal Street, Don...

I had booked Super O Hotel, Plot No.2,Umayal Street, Don Bosco College, Near Kilpauk, Chennai for Nov 2nd 2025 through Booking.com for Rs,2068.00 . Later during end October I have received many follow up message on Whatsapp from OyO saying that Rs.235.00 discount if I pay prior to check in otherwise full payment at the Hotel(OYO ID mentioned DFOL0366. (Booking.com confirmation no.5478850730 dtd 18.09.2025.) I paid Rs.1833.79 through Google Pay on 01st November. To my shock there was no Hotel/Lodge in that address. I checked with the people staying nearby and learnt that the Hotel was closed few days/weeks before. I tried contacting all nos. of OYO and Booking.com and sent messages but no reply. on 13th November, I have received a SMS from OYO mentioning that Rs. 565.00 will be refunded within 7-14 business days. I have paid advance of Rs.1833.79 and do not understand Rs.565.00 refund. I have struggled on 2nd November night and was roaming in an Auto and to find another accomodation. I have used booking.com for more 2 to 3 decades and including USA, but never got such worst experience. I wonder, why Oyo has taken the booking eventhough I have booked through booking.com ? Should I consisder booking.com or switch to many other platforms. Why booking.com customer care nos. not accessible? Awaiting your reply immediatley. Thanks Suresh Babu Bangalore 9448019005

Our Ooty trip was quite nice. Pykkarra lake and pine forest were beautiful. Ooty town was very crowded and dirty. It wasn’t pleasant. Ooty is single-use plastic free so you will not be able to buy 500ml bottles. You can buy the larger bottles, I think 2-5l. And fill your water bottles with that. From Ooty we drove down to Coonoor through Wellington. Wellington is extremely clean and organized. Coonoor was also nice. But Sims park was my favourite. There are some old trees from 1800s. Pretty amazing.

Alright, so I've been thinking about my trip to 🌴Coimbatore recently, and I just have to share my thoughts! First off, the weather was just perfect, not too hot, not too cold – just right for exploring the city. I spent a lot of time just wandering around and soaking in the local vibe; it was so relaxed. The food scene was incredible 😋, with delicious South Indian dishes everywhere I turned. I also made sure to visit some of the temples and historical sites; each one told a fascinating story. The people I met were super friendly and welcoming 🤗, always ready with a smile and helpful advice. Shopping at the local markets was a blast, picking up some unique souvenirs. Overall, Coimbatore is a fantastic place to visit, offering a great mix of culture, food, and relaxation! I can't wait to go back and explore even more of the area.

Beautiful temple but the Gopuram was all covered due to restoration going on. That was a big disappointment. Very crowded city. Rajmahal is shopping paradise for tourists. Jigar thanda, served in a shop very close to the hotel is very delicious.

It’s a good temple town. The climate is excellent.

It’s a good temple town. The climate is excellent. There are many Ashramas including Ramanaashram. Ashta linga temples are commemorative. The town is crowded and filled with tourists, especially foreign tourists. I could see lot of garbage on both sides of the road. Quality of the food is disappointing. People here are very rude to the tourists. They speak only Tamil no other languages. Sign boards are mostly in Tamil, difficult to apprehend for tourists.

It was very good.

It was very good. The timing was excellent and my family enjoyed the stay. Had to plan the trips in Kodai (especially need to start early in the day to beat the traffic at the attractions during this season) Didnt have much attraction for the very Youngr kids apart from the attraction of any new place and food.
