We arrived with a large car (Toyota Sienna), it was a bit difficult to find a place in the underground garage, but we managed. From the hotel, you can cross a closed corridor (free of charge) to the city spa center, but the hotel's own wellness area is also wonderful. We really enjoyed the rooftop outdoor pool. There is a lot to do in Merano, rain or shine. Of course, there are the local & famous walkways, the mountain hikes, bike trails, and the Dolomites are nearby. A lovely little place with great amenities and activities for all. It is best known for it's hiking/walking paths, but it is also a bit of a mecca for cyclists.
