It is clean and very well equipped. We stayed here for 6 nights. There are two bedrooms and a living room. To reach the main attractions (Seceda, Lago di Braies, Tre Cime di Lavaredo), we had to drive between 1–3 hours. I recommend double-checking the roads before you go, as some can be narrow and dangerous.

    The staff was really friendly, it is visible that they work really hard there to meet people's expectations. Even though this is a simple hotel we had an amazing experience, because we felt welcomed. The room was spacious and well cleaned. The location is great and we had an amazing view from our balcony. The breakfast was nice, with fresh produce made by them. The restaurant food was great. There are enough parking spaces and the location is great for hikers with a car. They have an ice cream shop that is a must, with amazing options and desserts.

    The view from the balcony to the Alleghe lake was amazing. A lot of hiking trails in the area. In the back of the building within 30 min hike you can reach a very beautiful waterfall. The apartment is big, clean and very comfortable. There is a spacious covered parking place next to the building.

    It is a cosy village between Ortisei and Cortina d'Ampezzo. Everyone is super nice, there are good restaurants, and amazing views of the mountains. There is a beautiful river across the village. I would recommend it for a nice, quite and relaxed stay, away from the main villages.

    We had an absolutely perfect experience during our 5-day stay at Garni Civetta, tucked away in the stunning Italian Dolomites. From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel owners, a truly kind couple who made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for exploring the beauty of the Dolomites.     The river path repairs are almost finished after the 2018 storm damage. Great location to jump on the Sella Ronda or just enjoy winter or summer activities in the Mountains. Not particularly a destination in itself just a nice place to come back to after a mountain excursion. Pre-COVID there were plenty of dining options, now not so much. Local restrictions prevent dining or take out after 1800, unless you're in a hotel that has a restaurant.

    The village didn't have much going on, but we explored around. We went to a restaurant 20 km away that I don't remember the name, but it was full of locals and the people was amazingly friendly. The name was Stua Sa Lace, in Cenci.

    A simple and quaint little Dolomite village on the edge of what used to be Buchenstein in the distant past. The village bar/pizzeria is worth going to, as is the Belvedere Grill and Al Crot in Selva de Cadore. The walking in the area is amazing. The drive to Cortina de Amprezzo over the Passo Giau stunning.

    Pescul is one of many small towns in a row along the mountain road. It is one of the smaller towns, but has great accommodations, a ski rental, and a chair lift. What more do you need for an amazing ski week?! I advise to get there by car as you will want to be able to drive for dinners and maybe to see other towns for varied skiing or other activities.

    The place is really beautiful and serene. It is close to Cortina D'Ampezzo city and all the nearby cable car stations but we got the room in much cheaper cost in this peak summer time. Specially strolling by the lake during sunset after whole day travel was a beautiful experience.
