The hotel location is good and just opposite of the train station and ferry port.The service is good and the receptionists are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and lots of choice. Nice boutique hotel with just 12 rooms. It is bang on the lake promenade and the location couldn't be better . we were shown to our room quickly even though we arrived early. Neat well laid out approaches, polite staff . The room was like a suit with a nice large sitting room small balcony and attached kitchenette. The breakfast was decent and well served. We were vegetarians so the hotel too some special care to provide us with extra fruits, cheese etc. surely we will come back to this hotel again.

the location was excellent. close to main shopping and the lake The breakfast was nice but it could of had a little more variety The daughter of the owner, who helped with check in and check out was amazing. went way above what was expected. Even allowing me to use her phone to call outside of Italy to help with an enquiry I needed to sort out re our vacation.
