- From US$391.72 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 27 reviewsWe loved the traditional Japanese feel of accomodation whilst having an abundance of modern amenities (bathroom amenities, replacement towels and bottled water, hairdryer, curler and straightener, coffee and kettle, mini fridge). The accommodation was very clean and well maintained and our party of 4 (two adults and two teenage boys) enjoyed being the only guests. Use of the sauna was lovely of an evening during the winter and having breakfast included in the lovely modern restaurant downstairs was a great - the choice of either western or Japanese breakfast suited out teenage boys and both options were lovely. The location is close to the local electric rail station and walking distance to an abundance of cafe’s, restaurants and shops as well as the Great Buddha, Hasedera Temple, Goryo Shrine and of course the beach. We loved being immersed in the local neighbourhood whilst being so close to all of the above. The staff were all friendly and attentive would we highly recommend this accommodation.Guest review byRebeccaAustralia

Very nice city, plenty of historical sights, shopping, restaurants. Make sure it is not a national holiday though, the local train was absolutely packed! Many people make the trek to ride the nostalgic Enoden Electric Line, a fun trip along the coast but crushing crowds on a Sunday before a holiday.Guest review byJustinUnited States - 10
I like Fujisawa very much.
I like Fujisawa very much. The people there are very friendly and helpful, the city is green and very clean, i enjoyed eating wonderful Japanese food everyday during my stay at Fujisawa. i also enjoyed the ocean views during my visit of Enoshima and learned more of the local culture and history during my visits of several great Temples near Hase and Kamakura.Guest review byAnonymous - 10
Yokosuka is an awesome place to visit.
Yokosuka is an awesome place to visit. There’s something for everyone whether you’re a nature lover or a city lover you’ll find something to do. During my visit. I went to kanonzaki park by bus and it was the highlight of my trip. It’s my second time visiting Yokosuka and can’t wait to go there again.Guest review byZJapan - 10
We loved our stay in Zushi and hope to return.
We loved our stay in Zushi and hope to return. The beach was beautiful and the location was excellent. Views of Mt. Fuji from the beach were wonderful. It was countryside compared to where we live, but still convenient with stores and restaurants walking distance away. It was a little too loud in the evenings for a family with children. But we definitely hope to visit again.Guest review byJMVan77United States - 10

Kamakura has lots to offer if you like hiking and water sports. I did a hike to the great Buddha and also went for a run through the city and on the mountain. The wind was perfect for wind surfing and having a nice time on the beach.Guest review byMagaliMexico - 10

It might not be for everyone, have to take one stop to Ofuna to transfer to other JR lines but very convenient visiting Kamakura and Enoshima. Plenty of stores around Fujusawa station for shopping. Airport bus to Narita and Haneda airports, although schedules not as frequent as pre-COVID check in advance.Guest review byLove to travelCanada - 10
Yokosuka is a great place to visit.
Yokosuka is a great place to visit. There’s a fun activity for everyone. The people are nice , friendly and simple full of life. It’s an international city with a melting pot of different nationalities. My favourite place was kanonzaki park which is easily accessible by car/ bus.Guest review byZJapan - 10

Very nice views and calm vacation vibe. We enjoyed swimming in the sea and watching surfers every day. Easy to get to beautiful temples nearby and Enoshima. We would like to come again and stay for longer timeGuest review byNadezhdaRussia - 10
Fujisawa is wonderful and relaxed, and we come here at least...
Fujisawa is wonderful and relaxed, and we come here at least 3 times per year to get away from the city. It's so nice to be able to come and NOT rush, which is why we now always stay overnight. Otherwise it's too stressful to do and see things and then get back on a train to go home on the same day. There ARE vegetarian and vegan-friendly places, but you have to find them. Use Happy Cow or another search engine to research before you come. Otherwise you'll be eating dinner at a convenience store (which isn't awful). Also, there aren't many places to eat breakfast unless you're ok with just a bakery.Guest review byGina-MarieJapan
