I liked many things about Nuga Retreat. First of all, the beautiful, natural surroundings with mountain views created a unique atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, providing convenience, and the outdoor pool was a great place to unwind. I also really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who truly made an effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

From the very first moment, we felt right at home. The hosts were incredibly caring and kind, making us feel like part of their family. Their warm welcome and continuous attentiveness made our stay truly special. One highlight was definitely the tour with the host (Rabi) to see the lorises. These fascinating creatures, which are hardly seen anywhere else in the world, left us completely enchanted. It was a wonderful experience that we highly recommend. Thank you for this unforgettable time – we will definitely be coming back!

they have professional cook so all meals was tasty and delicious and stuff are friendly and kind . the room was clean . the environment was quiet so you can relax , their location is near national park so you can go safari easily ,they arrange safari tour for us.

Our stay at Leel's Cottage was nothing short of perfect! The cottage was charming & cozy, offering all the comforts of home in a tranquil setting. The garden's surroundings were peaceful, with stunning views that made every moment special. The hosts were warm and welcoming, ensuring that every detail was taken care of - Especially Leel's mom, will treat you like your own mom! We also loved the food and the thoughtful touches, like the fresh flowers. If you are also interested in Safari, look for no other! Leel, is a truly experienced guide and his eagle eyes will spot all kind of animals, birds & flowers. Overall it was the ideal getaway, and I can't wait to return to for another relaxing stay! Best staff I have experienced. The guys were so friendly. They are amazing. The food and the spice route made this a 9+ experience. They deserve everything that is coming to them. Well done! We booked this hotel on our first day, since it was close to the airport, we might book on our last day as well.

Excellent budget accommodation in udawalawa. Our double room was basic but clean with fresh towels and necessary things.

We had a fantastic stay at ocean bliss villa mirissa with the reasonable price and is good value for money. 'A truly home like stay'. The staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect ans amazing - closed to Kamburugamuwa beach, Mirissa beach and Madiha beach. We got the breakfast also. It was very delicious. I higherly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Mirissa , Kamburugamuwa , Madiha , Polhena and Matara areas and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Lovely authentic place. In our two weeks holiday with a lot of luxery resorts, this was the one we have the warmest feeling about. When you are looking for a not so touristic area, some magnificent views, a little farm life, and some great staff, go here. Oh and go for the Sri Lanken Kitchen, that’s better then the European:)

It’s the perfect retreat to enjoy a more relaxed vibe in Angahma. Beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable — it truly felt like home. The breakfast was local with a mix of continental and it was delicious. The staff were absolutely incredible! I wish I were still there and can’t wait to return!

A wonderful hotel - located a bit outside of Hikkaduwa, but for us that was actually a plus. It was quiet, cozy, and peaceful, almost like spending summer at your grandmother’s countryside house. At the same time, a nice beach (with surfing available) and cafes are within walking distance, and you can easily reach other places by tuk-tuk if needed. We were allowed to check in a few hours earlier than scheduled, which was very much appreciated. The breakfasts were fantastic, and the host was incredibly welcoming. The room was comfortable, very clean, and had everything we needed. I would definitely come back.

- great architecture and interior design - the location is far from the noisy village (but only at 5min drive with scooter) - Janaka was the perfect host! - we took dinner and breakfast at the property and was delicious - everything is perfect at this place
