Even though I only stayed one night at Pauline’s, it felt like stepping into a dream. Waking up to soft morning mist and dew-kissed grass was pure magic — the kind of peace that stays with you long after you’ve left. Feeding the deer in the garden with crunchy carrots made the short stay unforgettable, like a little glimpse into a fairytale. The cottage itself is full of warmth and creativity, clearly arranged with love. I’m especially grateful to the hosts for the thoughtful extra services they kindly provided — it made me feel truly cared for. One night was enough to fall in love with this place. If you’re looking for a peaceful, romantic countryside escape, Pauline’s is a treasure.

All the needed appliances were there except for maybe an axe. Excelent comfortable and basically all you need is there. Dog friendly remote location and we say that we got lucky to be there during the rainy week as we could just cozy up inside and nothing was missing.

It was very nice and cozy, hosts have thought about little details to make the stay as good as possible. There were toys for children as we were traveling with a child. Coffee, tea, drinking water was available. We enjoyed it fully. There is also a lake 2 min walk, perfect in hot weather.

I actually did not stay at the facility. Booking.com made an error and allowed me to reserve although the place was sold out. When the host realized the situation, he immediately became very proactive and found an alternate - and similar- accommodation. He was very proactive and helpful. If anything, the customer service is AMAZING. When you travel alot like I do, problems pile up but in this case, the host was outstanding.

I have been to many AirBnB:s, hostels and B&B and I have never stayed in a nicer room or slept in a more comfortable bed. Another review rated it 11/10 and I agree. Every detail was perfect. On top of that situated in the nice and cozy town of Kuldiga. I’ll definitely find a way to come back!
