The hotel manager Ahmed was a perfect host, extremely nice and helpful. He helped us with everything related to the stay including planning our sightseeing tour and recommendations for restaurants. The best experience by far. Lady at reception was super nice, same as the whole staff. I can strongly recommend this cosy hotel.

Location was beautiful, but the 200+ steps to get there is not for everyone. . The room was spacious . Both nights we had dinner in the restaurant , which was excellent.

The accommodation is at perfect place, just in the city center. The hosts are very warm and friendly. Room and the house is nicely equipped, breakfast is perfect. We traveled with our dog who was very welcomed by the hosts daughter (and the whole family). We enjoyed staying there a lot.

Great location, close to everything you want to be close to but away from the hassle. The hostel is really clean and facilities are at a high standard. The staff are all really nice, going above and beyond sorting out football tickets in another city etc. There was a misunderstanding with my washing - mistakes happen but it's how someone deals with making a mistake that is a true test of their character. They admitted their fault, were extremely gracious & polite and rectified the situation very quickly.

I would like to thank our host Ayub and his team, kitchen staff Sara and Hamza, for looking after us. They were very friendly and polite with my kids and showed great care and respect for my mother, too. The hospitality is on another level, and so was the level of cleanlines.
