We came mid September and our experience went above our expectations, everyone was friendly. There was nothing we disliked, yes, the food prices are above the average in Budva but everything we had was quality, also is something you expect in a 5 star hotel. Perfect place to relax and unwind (in September) I bet August is a bit chaotic.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ruzmarin Hotel. From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed and felt at home in this family-run hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially towards the children. Joshy, the regular cleaner, sometimes gave them chocolates or beautiful drawing and sticker books, which they enjoyed throughout the trip—and even afterwards. Alexa was super friendly and always ready to help us with a smile or a drink. Everything went smoothly, and we received great assistance when renting a car. This truly is a family hotel: warm, welcoming, with a full and delicious breakfast, and a great kitchen. The prices in the restaurant were very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. We felt truly welcome with the kids. Every day we enjoyed the swimming pool and relaxing on our little terrace by the pool, where we sometimes also enjoyed our meals. As a lovely farewell gesture, we received a delicious bottle of wine from the hotel owner to take home. :)

The hotel was amazing! It has his own underground garage, where you drive into an elevator with your vehicle and it's bringing you down to the parking lots. The whole room, balkony and bathroom where clean and perfect. The people who are working there very friendly. You have around 20min to go by feet to the beach. Around the hotel you have some supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel has his own swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness room which you can use for free. Also there is a lounge where you can take some drinks (water, soft drinks,..) and something to eat for free. The breakfast starts with a plate of different things (see the photo) and then you can decide if you want something to be prepared for you (like omelet). From the balcony we had a good view to the sea.

I am thrilled to write a review about Hotel Bono and I am 100% gladly doing it out of pleasure. This gem and the 'good feel' vibe you get once you are inside the hotel space actually is so much better than what is presented on their online platform. For detailed people like me and my partner, this place, especially the hosts' hospitality exceeded our expectations. Everyone of service there was extraordinary - positive, so caring and hardworking, making sure you feel comfortable with every move you make. From the moment you step your foot inside you feel an awe and realize that you have made the best choice to have a home away from home for a few days. The ambience within the hotel space is so cozy, unique, very clean and rarely seen and felt in other hotels in the region. Everything is super comfortable, minimal and the hotel has brand new furniture. I recommend this hotel especially to all the design and architecture lovers outthere. One extremely important thing is that the location of the hotel couldn't be any better for us, since it's very close to the main beach - close to Hotel Splendid and other fancy resorts. No need for your car during the day at the beach. At the hotel you can have your own private parking and choosing that option was the best choice for us whilst our stay. And last but not least: the breakfast they serve with so much love, is truly amazing and has a lot variety. The buffet is full of delicious dishes and special recipes, all too tasty.     Old town was nice (smaller than Kotor, but cute).

    Old town was nice (smaller than Kotor, but cute). The Citadel has great views, but costs 5,50 euros to just walk up to the wall - it had two closed restaurants/cafes and nothing else to see. We didn't feel it was worth it.

    Beautiful clear water for swimming, but the resort was very busy and touristy, full of cheap souvenir shops and pizza bars. The beaches were overcrowded with row upon row of expensive sunbeds and parasols.

    From the sveti stefan bus stop, it’s very easy to get around, buses to Budva Old Town run every 20 minutes, cost €2.5 one way, and take about 20 minutes. Taxi from Tivat airport is around €55–60 and takes about 40 minutes. For food, we often bought frozen homemade dishes from a Ukrainian shop in Budva, which were really tasty.

    The area of Becici was great for a nice beach holiday. I didn’t like that every beach seemed to be allocated to a Hotel and we had to pay €30 for two beach lounges, but this was everywhere and I guess, just how it is done everywhere. We had a hire car so we were able to also visit Kotor, Tivat, Sveti Stefan and other areas, which were all within an easy drive. The exception being the major roadworks on the E65/80 to Tivat, but these will likely be completed by next summer.

    The little haven of an authentic garden, less than 5 minutes from a bustling seaside promenade and beach. Shade to be found all day, place to eat takeout, make yourself a cuppa, or chill with wine you’ve kept in fridge. The sincere hosts: friendly, helpful, available, but living next door so not ever-present. Glad we stayed here and at Rafailovici rather than Boudva - beach options better. ‘Rafailovici tourist office’ is good destination to give taxi on arrival as after that, take narrow street down on right and half way down you’re there. Without luggage the buses back and forth are convenient for Budva. Note Summer 2025 - roadworks between Budva (&Kotor) a nightmare ongoing road building possibly a year - this means significantly higher bus travel time /taxi quotes from airport (Around €60 for 50 min journey although also got €80 quoted). Key jiggling for room 2 a bit of a challenge but otherwise everything spotlessly clean, simple, and comfortable beds.

    Beach is perfect, smallest pabbels, clear waters great for sweeming. I’d come bavk for longer stay inwsrmer season. Right on the beach there are several restaurants with good food. My recomendation eould still be restaurant on the top , main road, named Kusto. During summer reservation is needed. I would deffinitelly take a walk to St Stefan beach (20-30min thru pine trees and great beaches Kings beach Milocher & St Stefan beach.

    Water is good, but there are some issues with the place. Homeless dogs and cats, garbage and stinky smells when you are going to the beach. Crazy drivers who don’t look for the speed limit and some strange people around.

    Budva is a beautiful town with a port and beaches also an walled old town with lots of small shops and bars inside.Its nestled in front of the beautiful mountains as you drive along the coast definitely worth a stay

    We liked our little hotel, the clean watter, little promenade next to hotel, with plenty of restaurants, cocktails bars, icecream places. We stayed mostly on beach. Was just what we needed. For recharging battery’s.

    Sveti Stefan is small enough to explore on foot, there is a pretty coastal walkway that is shaded at times. Whilst busy, the beach didn’t feel too overcrowded in August. The one supermarket is a bit pricey, consider taking some essentials with you
