The hotel is lovely on all accounts. You can easily walk around the city centre from it. They have comfortable bikes to hire, and there is an extensive park up a nearby hill with bike paths, views and cafes. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Ours had 3 comfortable chairs in a double room. Good air-conditioning. The breakfast was outstanding: a carefully selected and excellent range of local food which was extremely tasty unlike many bland hotel breakfasts. The airport transfers and sightseeing taxis organised by the hotel went smoothly and were well priced. The ground floor restaurant and terrace has a good range of food and drinks and a relaxed ambience. The staff were very helpful with storing luggage and other requests.

An excellent hotel, excellent service, and an outstanding breakfast. We simply asked the waitress, and she made sure to bring us everything. They provide an amazing and wonderful experience. They are very caring and want to give the guests a great feeling. On the first day, we arrived late for dinner, and they made sure to bring us everything from the restaurant menu, making us feel great. The receptionists are very nice, especially Jelena, who was lovely, always smiling, and very helpful. She gave us an excellent vacation experience, guiding us to great places, including Lake Skadar, which was fantastic. Thank you very much for everything, from the bottom of our hearts.

the hotel is in high standard, the staff not only gave professional service but they cared and walked an extra mile for me- i arrived to the hotel at 9:00 after a long rafting trip, i corresponded with the hotel before hand to ask whether it will be possible to check in early, and they made the effort and made sure i had a room ready when i arrived!!! for me this ment the world! the hotel have a very beautiful and extra clean spa, i was alone in the spa and it was just perfect! the hotel has a restaurant with great foods and drinks, and as a vegetarian, i had plenty of variety to choose from, and got a super service from Liliana. the bed mattress was perfect, high quality, the pillows in the right size!

It's an ok city. Safe.

It's an ok city. Safe. But nothing really of note to attract the masses. A good place to stop if arriving late. Our car rental company dropped the car off at the hotel and we drove out to Durmitor for a week and then the coast for the 2nd week. An afternoon and night in Podgorica before we left at the end of the trip. Some decent restaurants around and nice people everywhere.

The length of stay was satisfactory in that it was possible to leave the apartment in the afternoon due to an afternoon flight. Proximity to the airport. And we really liked the apartment on the first floor.

Great Turkish restaurant in front of Clock Tower. Good left luggage facility and Bus station which is just in front of the main train station to Bar and Belgrade. Walking tours very limited. Ours was cancelled, Limited foreign language skills in hotel,, bus and train station, taxis. Most disappointing stop in our tour of 8 Balkan countries

It is perfect to plan a trip closer to the mountains and lake skadar. For me two nights was the perfect amount of time. I recommend using kingfisher for lake skadar tour and eating at Grill House Roštiljijada Was the highlight of the stay!

Podgorica is small and doesn’t feel like a capital. It has lots of nice parks. There are a couple of art galleries, but they only host temporary exhibitions, so they were closed while the displays were being changed. The girl at the hotel told us that not many tourists come to Podgorica, as the seaside locations are more popular. Even so, we visited many places, enjoyed a really nice cake and coffee during the day, and had dinner at Pod Volat, which is an excellent restaurant. By the way there is only one shop in town for souvenirs.

It's a really small village down the road.

It's a really small village down the road. Nice views but this is it, do not expect any attractions. It's basically a good spot to stay for the night while travelling in between different Montenegro localisation (for example if you're planning a boat trip over Skadarlake) Vranjina is a good 1-3 night stay for a cheap price with great local food (prices way better than in the nearby Virpazar). I highly recommend Restoran Obala, amazing food, huge portions and friendly staff.
