HungaryDhangethi is a very nice island, with friendly locals, evolving tourism, and really nice accomodations. Atoll Residence Dhangethi stole our hearts. First when we saw the pictures and read the details of the profile. Second, when we got there and saw with our own eyes how lovely the place is, and how welcoming is everyone. We spent 2 weeks in a superb room. The food was simply fantastic. Assad and his team did everything they could to ensure our stay is perfect from every angle.
Traditional Maldivian breakfast (Mas huni) was so delicious, would be nice add as a regular breakfast option.
We cannot wait to go back!

The owner of the hotel Ishan did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The staff tried to change the food for us, first from fruits there were watermelons, and then papaya, from the main course they served fish with rice or pasta with chicken and there were different vegetable salads and even potatoes a couple of times. The fish was cooked very tasty.
You can ask Ishan to rent bicycles. We were given the opportunity to ride for one day for free, it was very nice. We will gladly stay with you again if we are in Toddoo.

It is an absolutely fabulous place. Starting from the island itself, the reefs around, and ending with the people working there. From the first time we set foot on the island, we were looked after wonderfully. Starting from the person cleaning our room, through the employees of the bar, reception or water attractions, and ending with the service of the restaurant - the people working there are a real treasure. We were traveling with a small child, which can cause problems, but the staff was helpful to us all the time.

What is very important, the food is of a high standard, the chefs try to make it varied and tasty, and they do it wonderfully.
The reefs around are teeming with fish, snorkeling is free, and the staff in charge of it turns a daily trip into a unique experience.
The rooms were clean, cleaned every day, and the water changed on a regular basis.
We definitely recommend this place to rest and thank you for a great time! He cannot imagine that I could spend this time better during my stay in the Maldives.

Nice resort! You will get to experience every aspect of the holiday in the Maldives, at a reasonable rate, such as a journey by the sea-plane, being greeted by the resort personnel with drums, staying at a secluded heaven-like resort with wonderful clean beaches and tropical vegetation, incredible coral reef all around with beautiful fishes, staying in the water villa. if you have never been to the Maldives, choose this resort. You will not regret it for a second. Special thanks to Veligandu for special treatment on the day of our anniversary: excellent design in the room with the flowers and swan sculptures on the bed, the bottle of sparkling drink in the ice bucket, specially decorated table at dinner. The reef is one of the best in the Maldives, no matter in which direction you will swim, you will see thousands of colourful fish. But an especially nice reef starts opposite the main restaurant. I swam around the whole island except the "airport" area. It was nice everywhere. CHOOSE SEA VILLA no matter how much more expensive it is. it is much better and the experience is from another world. We stayed at both (beach and sea villas), we can tell.

We spent our honeymoon at Kuramathi Maldives and stayed in a Thundi Villa with Pool – it was absolutely perfect. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered incredible views. The person who took care of our room was always smiling and decorated it beautifully every day, which made us feel really special.
The whole staff was extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming. Everyone made sure we had the best time and felt comfortable at all times.
The island itself is breathtaking – truly a tropical paradise. The reef is stunning, and we had the chance to swim alongside colorful fish every day, which was an unforgettable experience.
The speedboat transfer from the airport took about an hour and was smooth and enjoyable, with amazing views along the way.
We couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon destination. Highly recommended for couples looking for a romantic and luxurious escape!

We spent lovely time in your hotel in Maldives. We liked absolutely everything. We would like to point your attention to perfect work of your manager Nurlan.
He made our stay the most memorable and we are so grateful to him. He did his best to make our stay wonderful. We are impressed with your hospitality, loyalty and kindness. All the staff was very friendly and it was so easy to talk to them. The rooms and the whole island are very cosy and clean. The food was so delicious especially the dinner on the beach. We had lovely dinner in Italian restaurant and liked all the dishes but the dessert (chocolate cake Giandulotto) changed our impression of the dinner as its taste is too simple and doesn’t comply with 5 star hotel food. Maybe it is worth changing this dessert.
We would come back to your hotel for sure!

The food was delicious, the staff is always nice, the island is small but private. You will enjoy the peace and quiet. We stayed in a beach villa, which has a beautiful view. I recommend numbers 17 and 18, they have the most beautiful view of the sea. Some villas have a view of the stone barrier. I recommend bringing your shoes for the sea and definitely don't forget your snorkeling masks and fins. We had half board, we didn't miss lunch. We paid for everything else only when we left, including the seaplane. We went on a trip to watch manta rays and nurse sharks ($165/2 people). Whale shark watching costs $500/2 people. There is a small shop on the island if you forget something. You don't need Maldivian money. The sand is full of shell fragments, a bit uncomfortable for your feet. In conclusion, it is a wonderful place to relax.

Fantastic stay at Diamonds. Very smooth transfer service via seaplane and from the first second in the staff made me feel so at home. The island itself is actual paradise on earth. I stayed in the Bungalow and due to it being low season it felt very private. Everything felt fresh and new, plenty of activities to do like snorkelling and yoga or just to relax and escape the world. Loved watching the seaplanes land from my balcony. Food was amazing for an all inclusive, two different restaurants, a buffet and plenty of different options every day. Cockatils very strong! Really didn't want to leave.

- Fantastic Snorkeling experience. (Must try)
- Food was good with daily variations and multiple options and we have requested chef for few extra dishes that fits our taste. Chef entertained the request and provided what we have asked.
- We found time to do a lot guided activities. Whaleshark trip, inhouse reef / manta snorkeling are much recommended.
- Best part was the Staff, they were very friendly and accommodating. Overall service was exceptional.

The staff were amazing! Ameer at the reception was great at getting us checked in and took us to our room. Ramiz our houseman was very helpful in making sure our room was clean and that we had everything we needed. Hammu, Sushil and Piyali were great the dining Hall. Chandana, Dilhan, Madawa and others were always serving drinks with a smile, a joke or recommendations about what to do while at the resort. The ladies at the Spa; Inten, Surat and Santi were all lovely, very pleasant.

It was a great experience. We was with 2 baby girls under 2 years. The staff was helpful- Anna guest relations was always in touch with us and help us with all administrative questions. We even spoke with one of owners Giovanna she was kind with us and very nice. We lived in water villa and it was amazing. The coral reef was perfect we even saw the manta near our villa. All island Nika is beautiful green , and very clean. We will be back with the pleasure. Thank you

An amazing snorkelling beach -no boats or travel required -just thousands of colourful fish and turtles, perfect white sand and palm trees. The concession stand sold delicious, fresh-picked fruit-watermelon, papaya, bananas. We loved the Coccoa beach restaurant and the Black Anchor and the Mango House had fabulous lattes and desserts.

The most beautiful sea I have ever seen in my entire life. And mind you, I have visited many seas in many countries! For food, I recommend the restaurant at the Dhiguveli hotel and the Teapot restaurant. Getting around the island is very easy; you can reach any place quickly on foot. Don't miss going to the sandbank at one of the ends of the island.

It’s a nice local island.
It’s a nice local island. It’s clearly very popular, as there are at least four new hotels currently under construction. In the future, the place may lose its local atmosphere and become very touristy. The grocery shops offer only a limited selection of goods, not like what we’re used to in Europe.

Great Island, plenty to do and good snorkelling straight off Villa. Food, people and facilitiies were great - cannot fault. Deluxe water villas were a bit tired and really need a refurbishment - other than that great time in Kuramathi...

It is a small enough island to walk around.
It is a small enough island to walk around. The locals are extremely friendly - always saying hello.
There are 3 restaurants all along the west coast. Compass seems most popular. But all are good with same offering of food.
There is a fair amount of building going on at the moment as they gear up for more tourists.
We used South Ari Dive for our diving trips. They are professional and friendly.

You need maximum 3 days to complete all trips, any more than...
You need maximum 3 days to complete all trips, any more than that would have to be someone who loves water sports as these are the main activities in this country, anyways.
Bring a mosquito or any insect repellent, you will need these after a stroll on the shores or anywhere there are plants.
Also have an anti-nausea pill if you are the seasick type.
Taxis have a fixed price for each location, check that out.
Alcohol in the resorts is expensive but then again that's all you got.
Best to pay all meals or include dinner in your package as there are almost no restaurants outside, depending on the island, and if you find one it's either a chips or coffee spots.

It was not my first time in Maldives and my experience there...
It was not my first time in Maldives and my experience there was disappointing compared to my previous trips in other resorts. The quality of service is poor and it’s a shame because the resort is lovely and the staff are nice but lack professionalism.

We enjoyed 7 days on the island. The rooms are very clean. The food is AMAZING! Everyone from staff are kind. The resort is sustainable, they try very hard to recycle and repurpose almost everything which is really nice. All inclusive is the smarter choice, trust me😄
The snorkeling is really fun! The whole island stands on coral reef and there is a lot to see! Maybe bring your own equipment, although you can rent. I don’t recommend the visit to the local island, nothing to see there

Mathiveri is a small, calm island with a very natural, local feel. Life moves slowly here, which makes it easy to truly rest and disconnect. The beach is just across the street and perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and quiet walks.
Snorkeling trips were a highlight - clear water, turtles, reef life, and respectful guides who care about the ocean.
There are several water activities available, including kayaking, banana boat rides, jet ski rental, and wakeboarding behind a jet ski.
If you’re looking for luxury, nightlife, or crowds, this is not the place. But if you want peace, nature, water activities, and a real island atmosphere, Mathiveri is a great choice.

Feridhoo is an island inhabited by locals.
Feridhoo is an island inhabited by locals. They are Muslims, so respect them and wear decent clothes when walking through the village. The island has 2 restaurants with good food and fair prices, one dive base (Noohiri) and one small shop next to Shifa Lodge. We came for diving and found an abundant maritime life. There are 2 beach areas, one at the east side with the best snorkeling ground, the other at north/west side with berths for relaxing.
