One can not but feel welcome when you are personally greeted by Natalia Nailenge as you step out of the vehicle.Welcome rooibos tea cocktails offered by a smiling Hambeleleni Nakapandi.
Dinner was from heaven for Chef Selma E Shigwedha prepared exeptional Oryx steaks with beautiful side dishes after our evening drive.

I booked an evening drive but only morning drives are done, but these two young people went above and beyond to make an evening drive possible and Richardo had lovely sundowner drinks and snacks ready and available on our arrival at the viewing area.
Johannes controlled everything fire, from the inviting camp fire on arrival back from our drive to every room's boiler fire for our hot water.
Not only was our visit and drive fantastic, it was also educational.
Amber and Tristan shared their passion for protecting the rhino in their care and about the 'Rhino Momma Project"
'More time to visit' is definitely on my list for next time.

Our campsite had its own wash up area, Hot shower, braai place and green grass patch for tent pitching. Well stocked shop onsite to top up supplies, meat, coffee or food2go. BelgiumThe hosts were amazing. We felt very welcome and looked after. The home cooked food was excellent both dinner and breakfast. We enjoyed the accommodation very much, it was like having our own little place with amazing views over the valley and it felt very private.
We also enjoyed the sunset drive on the property! It was beautiful.
The property was relatively close to a decent town which was also handy.

We spent two nights here…it was the right amount of time to...
We spent two nights here…it was the right amount of time to view animals in Etosha National Park. The terrain here (unlike Numatoni) is vast and flat. Animals are few and far between but with persistance and great binoculars we spotted a Black Rhinocerous, elephants, zebra, springbok, oryx, giraffe, ostriches, and 1 lion, all during daylight hours. The food is best OUTSIDE the park. There is NO fuel in the ENTIRE park! The “Trading Post” is the nearest fuel to this village (less than 10km). We were disappointed by the extremely bad roads in the park. There is no information about the rugged dirt roads in the park. We were happy to leave the park without an accident or car broken. Outjo is not a very clean town but ideal stop over for travelers on their way to or from Etosha. Visitors can also by essential supplies for their on-going travels.
