- From $121.59 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.8Good - What previous guests thought, 1,052 reviewsThis cozy little room was perfect for us as two cycling friends. The room was very clean, with two single beds. One of our favourite features was having a rooftop window that allowed the room to cool very quickly and provided some fresh cool air. The very friendly staff were a delight and provided us with some good information of the area.Guest review byMaryCanada

A lovely old town well cared for with many historic buildings and interesting shops. Do travel on the stoomtram to nedemblick with its beautiful polished locomotives and typical scenery. Great for the children too! The triangle journey including the boat and visit to the Zuider see museum is recommended.Guest review byRogerUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Enkhuizen has a rich history, monuments, museums and adventures to show it. We took walks along the harbor, the canals and even a park created around social housing from around 1900, fascinating! The town is a pearl. There are many nice restaurants to enjoy. Everything was an easy walk away from our accommodation near the harbor.Guest review byChristineUnited States - 10.0

Very pleasant base for touring Noord Holland by bicycle.
Very pleasant base for touring Noord Holland by bicycle. Clean and comfortable with lots of wildlife. It’s a shame that the site has lost access from nearby Berkhout and restaurant facilities. Nevertheless I would come again.Guest review byRowlandUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Oosterleek is a very small village right on the edge of Ijselmeer. Its best suited for visitors who want to explore the area, particularly by bike. Its equidistant from Hoorn and Enkhuisen and the cycle path runs along the dike right next to the water with wonderful views over the countryside.Guest review byrichardUnited Kingdom - 10.0

A lovely place to wander around. Day and evening.
A lovely place to wander around. Day and evening. Beautiful harbour area. People are friendly. Majority speak english so no problem communicating. Plenty of drinking/eating places, can get quite busy at times. The restaurant next to the hotel was really busy on friday/saturday evening, and we found out that you needed to reserve a table. Plenty of others to choose from though. Markets on a saturday and sunday. We will certainly return for a longer visit.Guest review byIreneUnited Kingdom - 10.0

One of the best places in Northern Holland to visit if you like strolling around little harbour and drinking coffee or beer at nice cafes and bars. We stayed at Hotel Medemblik which is in the middle of the town and had a lovely experience.Guest review bySumarniUnited Kingdom - 10.0

We had the pleasure of meeting your staff Mariska, what a pleasure to speak with such a courteous individual. She made us very welcome coming from the US. The place was clean and quiet and very accommodating. Please provide an iron and an ironing board. May I suggest having power converter for those coming from outside of Europe, even if there is a charge. Or at booking inform your guest what is needed in your country. Thank you. Beautiful place and scenery next to the water canal.Guest review byBeverly
