The hotel is very clean, beds are extremely comfortable, buffet food is high quality, staff are friendly and efficient. Very quiet rooms, we had no disturbance at all. Swimming pool also fine for the size of the hotel as is the small gym. The ski room has lockers and opens out directly onto the slopes just above the day cafe and ski hire - also both efficient and friendly. The station is 2 hrs 15 mins direct from the airport with 4 to 5 trains per day - very comfortable trains with good luggage space. It is a 20 minute uphill drive from the station.

Situated in Ringebu, in a historic building, 2 km from Ringebu Stave Church, Skjeggestad Gjestehus is a villa with free bikes and garden.

The friendly and warm welcome of the host made us feel at home right away. The house is very cosy and decorated so lovely. It is also well equipped and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and still rave about it today. :) It was a perfect stating point for us to go skiing at Kvitfjell and watch the WorldCup race. We were also very thankful for Kristin's recommendation on where to go to eat and how to drive to the skiing area. All in all we strongly recommend staying at this beautiful house.

Property is perfect.There is an amazing view from every window, it is more spacious than it looks from the pictures and was always warm and cozy. We stayed over Christmas and Kristin and Lars went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. We can't thank them enough for making our stay so memorable.

We loved to be at pool , steam rooms area , and the place was very comfortable, beautiful, well managed, my familie was very happy and they enjoyed alot the place, the coffe bar was well managed, and the staff was very very friendly, spcially the girl who works at the coffee bar.
