We liked everything about this hotel. I wouldn’t know where to start. Definitely the people worth all the praising, an amazing broadminded team, offering very naturally all the help you need, they give a peaceful vibe to the place, congratulations to everybody! Nice hotel in stately building with several lounge spaces on the ground floor. There is a restaurant and both houses are connected by glass corridor. Our wish was fulfilled and we were given room in the historical part of the hotel which has many nice features. Afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast were all included which was quite useful given prices to have a meal somewhere outside. Afternoon cake was not abundant, however everyone present got a bite or two. Dinner had only one choice of (mediocre) hot meat dish, but more choice of tasty salad and side dishes, therefore even vegetarian in our company left satisfied. The soup was perfect! Great variety of tasty options for the breakfast. The hotel is children and animal friendly. Public transport nearby.

The room was extremely comfortable despite the compact size and didn't feel claustrophobic. It's fun to stay in such a room for fans of functional Scandic design. The bed is very comfortable, has storage drawers under it. There are holes in the wall where you can hang stuff too, plus some shelving for small items and enough floor space to open your suitcase. The heater worked well. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful and the self-checkin process was very fast and easy to use. The lobby area had lots of comfortable seating and there is a small shop with snacks and drinks available. Everything was extremely clean and modern.

The hotel was excellent, highly recommended for a visit in Oslo and overall the experience overcame my expectations. Best location to visit the the city's main attractions, very stylish hotel, nicely decorated rooms, with all necessary amenities , comfy beds and great lighting. Breakfast was superb, with many choices that cover all tastes. They even offer a breakfast ' to go" for early travelers which was really good. Staff excellent, attentive and very friendly. The bar had a lively atmosphere and offered amazing coctails. I will definitely choose this hotel again, when I go back to Olso.

An exceptionally comfortable stay. They arranged adjoining rooms for us, and the staff were polite, helpful, and genuinely kind. Children could freely enjoy the garden without any concerns. The location is beautiful, offering a scenic view of Oslo from above. Breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this place for travelers with children and their own car—it’s nearly impossible to find free parking in Oslo, making this stay even more valuable.

There was available reception to assist you even though you check in automatically. The instructions before we arrive were very detailed. There is tram station just in front of building and many cafes too. Rooms are big and clean. Bathroom had floor heating. There was extra blanket made by wool.

Oslo is a great city for seeing art - we really enjoyed the National Museum, as well as walking around and taking in many of the public art works. If you like to play disc golf, the #1 rated course in the world is a quick and easy 20 minute bus ride from central station. Oslo was wonderful for just wandering around - lots to see and good people watching in the city centre. We had the most fun renting scooters and zipping around to see some of the views in the city. Expensive food was the main drawback, but this can't be avoided in Norway.

Absolutely amazing, it's a must-go. It's a smaller city, but the amount of things you can see is just wonderful. It's just beautiful. I am a solo female traveler and I felt completely safe, even after dark.

Oslo itself is lovely.

Oslo itself is lovely. It's very clean, with excellent facilities but be aware that it is very expensive. I've been there before, so I only went there again because I was going to stay with a friend. Unfortunately she got COVID, so I had to book a hotel at the last minute. Combine that with airport transfers and food and it turned into a hideously expensive trip.
