The manager is very helpful and very kind. Helped me safely get to the hotel. The room was with beautiful view over the field. Very beautiful garden and nice view for the sunset. Calm and relaxing. But close to the busy streets by walk. Room was clean and cosy.

The hotel is conveniently located within a 15-minute walk from the very center of Sauraha in a peaceful neighborhood. The building is modern and well-maintained, boasting a spacious garden with beautiful plantations and tables where guests can enjoy their meals. The dishes served are generous in portion, delicious, and reasonably priced, and the service is excellent. Speaking of service, the family that runs the hotel is remarkably friendly and helpful. Upon my arrival and departure, I was pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary pick-up and drop-off services to the bus station, which were provided without even having to ask. Someone was waiting for me at the station upon my arrival, and the owner even offered to drive me back to the hotel when they saw me walking from the center. All of my bookings, including the Chitwan tour and bus ticket to Kathmandu, were efficiently arranged through them, with flawless organization of pickups and drop-offs to the starting points—I didn't have to lift a finger. During my stay, I opted for the deluxe king room with A/C. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for two persons, despite traveling solo. Hot water was available 24/7, and I did not experience any electrical shortages throughout my stay. There was a shared balcony just outside my room but also one available for every two rooms I think. The view was nice, looking at the fields of the area. Additionally, there was a shared balcony just outside my room, and I believe there was another one available for every two rooms. Everything about this place is a peace home, even down to the time you want to eat breakfast and dinner. Not having to stress about being at the restaurant at a certain meal time, is a huge benefit of staying here. I really can’t recommend this place enough. The room was very comfortable, spacious and each has a private patio and bathroom. Some rooms also have a view of the mustard fields out of the window which is really nice. The garden surrounds all of the rooms and really makes the whole property feel relaxing to be in. Sometimes wild rhinos walk right past the side of the property and you can view them from the patio/garden area. The home cooked meals are wonderful. They use fresh ingredients from their garden. The owners here even offer teaching Nepalese dishes if guests are interested - if guests want to be apart of cooking their own dinner. The owners of the property are incredibly accomodating and will do anything in they can to make your stay the best it can be. Even down to assisting with booking jungle walks and safaris. They will answer any questions you have about what to do in the area. The location of this property is very central for most of the activities people like to do in Chitwan. It’s a 5 minute walk to the riverside (where you can view crocodiles). The cultural centre, local shops and jungle walk starting spot are also very close by. I left this place wishing I had stayed longer. I felt so safe and comfortable, especially as a young female traveller.

I really recommend Hotel Safari Suite. That was the nicest and cleanest hotel that I've encountered during my visit to Nepal. Everything was as in description, including electric kettle with tea and coffee in the room. When I visited they also offered complimentary pickup and drop off at the bus station. The hotel is located in the quiet street that was within the walking distance to shops, restaurants and the river side. The park guide associated with the hotel deserves a special recognition. We went with him on a private whole day jeep safari and he went above and beyond to show us as many animals as possible. We saw two tigers that day, while many other people didn't have such luck.

From start to finish the staff couldn’t do enough to help ~ friendly yet professional. Aasish is very knowledgeable about the area and the national park & is also a very good nature guide. The hotel is quite new & therefore the rooms and hotel are modern & clean. The AC is definitely a welcome addition in this heat. Overall, I cannot fault my stay & would definitely recommend.
