- From $210.52 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.2Very Good - What previous guests thought, 2,470 reviewsWe love the view in our Lakeside room. We came here for our wedding and honeymoon, and we're so glad we chose Heritage Hotel. It was quiet and neat and the service was amazing! Also, it's just a few minutes walk with magnificent views around you to the town center. What we appreciate the most is how amazing all the staff is, for being so nice and helpful, especially the Filipinos we met, special shout out to Jeffrey, you are exceptional, and the rest of you guys. Thanks for everything and for looking after our luggage for a few days when we flew to Auckland. It was wonderful to have spent our most special moments with you!Guest review byAireenPapua New Guinea
- From $1,402.12 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 52 reviewswe had been traveling for some weeks when we reached eichardts, so having laundry facilities in our apartment suite were an unexpected bonus. The nice kitchen also gave us the ability to cook some food items which we like without going out to a restaurant. The locaction of eichardts at the waterfront promenade was beautiful and got us close to all the local bars and tours. We were served a liesurly but excellent free breakfast in the eichardts bar. Great and helpful hotel staff. Queenstown on the wharf is so beautiful, dont go to the uphill accomodationsGuest review byJohnUnited States

We booked this property kind of fast for a quick one night stay in Queenstown but ended up loving it! Loved particularly the common spaces with the wood burning fireplace, working areas and so on. The location is also very convenient and the staff super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely visit again on our next stop in gorgeous Queenstown.Guest review byFulvioUnited States

The cabin was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It has a lovely little deck area then onto a lawn which was perfect for the children. A playground in the main camping area also fab. Toilets and showers really close. Everything was clean and the owners are lovely. We had such a great time.Guest review byImogeneNew Zealand

Queenstown is a cute little town on the waterfront. Great restaurants and bars, lots of touristy attractions. Close to the Mountain and Arrowtown. It really is a tourist destination. I definitely recommend the Milford Sound cruise. Also take a helicopter ride for the views! Stunning.Guest review byLindsay CoralNew Zealand - 10.0

There is so much more to see in Dunedin than what I could see on this trip, but I couldn't stay away from home for too long. Dunedin is a great place, museums, art galleries, interesting buildings to visit, beaches, historic homes and public buildings, wildlife places... and it's not overrun by tourists like Queenstown....Guest review byD.B.New Zealand - 4.0

I have been Late Tekapo 3 times, it is more expensive than it was. My recommendation is, stargazing is the only reason to make you stay in Lake Tekapo. Otherwise you could find a better and less expensive accomodation nearby.Guest review byAnonymousAustralia - 10.0

Very Pretty, lots of places to have a coffee or drinks, enjoyed a drink on the waterfront looking at a amazing view, also scenic drive to Lake Hawea and went as far as the lookout when the road takes you to top of Lake Wanaka.Would of loved to had more time to do some short walks.Guest review byLynleyAustralia - 10.0

October. We stayed at Te Anau 2 nights. It's a great little town ,very pretty with tulips and rhododendrons flowering. Middle day we drove to Milford Sound and back . This definitely is a 2hr drive each way . Would be more in busy times due to traffic or if very wet. If you don't travel to Fjordlands region you are missing a lot! After checkout we then drove to Manapouri 15 mins away-this is the departure point- as we had an overnight stay booked on The Navigator in Doubtful Sound - Definitely recommend this.Guest review byAnne-MareeAustralia - 8.0

Nelson has a lot of speciality stores and a lot of food options. The Markets in the weekends are not for those looking for a bargain but do support local and NZ made and although some were costly, there was a lot of selection of goodies. Stoke the Bach Restaurant was staffed with lovely young girls, and the food was excellent and value for money The Arden Monaco where we stayed has limited room facilities and is not staffed outside of working hours, but the beds are comfortable and with very dark woodwork old paintings and very heavy doors, the facility was well equipped with heat pumps and hot water.Guest review byKimNew Zealand - 10.0

A beautiful part of the world. 1 extra night to explore the place would have been nice. Hotel located with in walking distance to shops, pubs and restaurants. Staff at the hotel were lovely. We ate in the bar as the restaurant was fully booked and the food was great. Definitely recommend staying here. We had a room with a view of the beach.Guest review byNadineAustralia - 8.0

The welcome from Victoria was excellent and the information she supplied was very helpful, we stayed in the different pools a total of six hours until they closed at 7pm, The day was overcast with intervals of sunshine, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses and some thing to wrap around you if wind is blowing, excellent place to visit for us oldies or if you have kids of all ages,Guest review byDavidson - 8.0

My husband and I have been coming to Twizel for several years now. My husband comes for the fishing and I for the photography. We have stayed in all seasons. This time it was July middle of winter. Didn't catch any fish but I got some great photos. Had a lovely meal out at Poppies. Would recommend them. We were disappointed with our accommodation, but it didn't ruin our stay in Twizel.Guest review byUdenNew Zealand
