I loved this apartment, it was probably the best stay during our whole NZ trip. The apartment was spacious, clean, well-designed and thought-through. Also, I loved our big balcony facing the forest. The a la carte breakfast was super tasty. 10 out of 10!

Absolutely fantastic! We spent a month in New Zealand, one of our first nights was here, and for the rest of the trip we kept on referring to how nice this hotel was! Beautiful building, fantastic rooms, great location, amazing staff!

It's fantastic for a couple with children and a small dog. There is a door closing for extra privacy to the parents. The room was spotless. Extra pampering given for breakfast, espresso machine, soap, and towel. Small balcony with small kitchenette outside.

The location and the room were absolutely stunning and had a very relaxing vibe and energy. The bed was luxurious and comfortable, as were the pillows. There was a heat pump with air conditioning function to set the temperature you want. The kitchen facilities were more than you could ask for. There was an amazing array of breakfast foods, coffee and tea, and even complimentary chocolates on the pillow. The bathroom was great also, very good shower pressure and once again decorated beautifully. The host was also so nice, super easy check in and check out experience. I would gladly come back here again :)

Amazing accommodation. The two bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The tea/coffee and toaster were excellent for an evening snack and the continental breakfast was perfect in the morning. Excellent location to visit Hobbiton

We had a wonderful stay at 200 on Lake view, at Lake Karapiro! The setting was peaceful and private, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area overlooking the pool was a highlight—an ideal spot to unwind after exploring the Hobbiton Movie Set. Highly recommend for a tranquil retreat!
