We had an excellent stay at the Regalia hotel. All staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. We arrived at the airport around 8 AM and were greeted by Assad, who helped us with all our luggage (we had a lot of luggage), and by the time we were checked in, our luggage was in our room waiting for us. We were greeted by Jameel at the reception, who got everything sorted for us and got us checked in and gave some local tips as well. The rooms were great and had all the amenities you need so you don't have to bring anything with you. The staff went above and beyond because we came from a late flight and had not slept at all. The kids were sleeping, so we could not go for breakfast after checking in as breakfast was included for free. We mentioned the breakfast to Assad that we could not go because the kids were sleeping, and a few minutes later, we got a call from Jameel that they ate happy to send the food over to the room. We are extremely thankful for that. The next day, we were checking out, so we managed to get breakfast in the morning, and we requested the reception if the luggage can be moved to the reception before we checkout. As we had breakfast and then went to reception, we found all our luggage waiting in the reception put neatly. For breakfast, Hamza and his team were great. They also went above and beyond to make sure if we needed anything. There was a great load of drink selection and food selection. My personal recommendation would be the paratha and the keema and the fresh apple and orange juice. And obviously, the chaii as well. Finally, a big thank you to Assad again for assisting with the luggage again. He helped us again when the cars came and helped organise the luggage in the car to fit properly so we didn't end up with luggage on our laps.

The hotel's location was absolutely beautiful; everything was nearby, and I didn't need anything. The staff were truly wonderful; they made everything easy, were respectful, and smiled all the time. I will really miss them. As for the food, the buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes. The hotel was very clean; I didn't find anything negative to mention.

Location is great. Just a 15-minute walk to Centaurus Mall. Private free parking inside and also on the street. We had a person with a mobility issue, but we were able to get a room on the ground floor. We stayed in a family suite and got an additional bed to accommodate 4. Overall, very pleasant experience. We also liked the morning breakfast and outside open seating area of the restaurant. A small private prayer was a lovely and clean
