Fantastic hotel! Great value for money and conveniently located near the airport, the city of Bucharest, and the Bucharest thermal baths. The staff was very kind, and a special thanks goes to Andrei, who welcomed us and provided all the information and comforts we requested. We also enjoyed the breakfast service, and I must say the food was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. Super satisfied, and I highly recommend it!

We had a great stay at Ibis Bucharest Politechnika. I travelled to Bucharest with my spouse and before our stay I asked for a room with a good view as we were going to celebrate the anniversary of our wedding. When arriving in the hotel we were not only given the room with a perfect view but also received a complimentary bottle of wine and the room was decorated with flowers. The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was perfect. We highly recommend this hotel and would like to congratulate the staff with the perfect work.

Excellent hotel! Its on a beautiful lake and the restaurant has a massive, very chic patio with tables and lounge places. The food was exquisite, especially the fresh bread. The service was impeccable from everyone at the property. A standout was out waiter, Prem, who made our late lunch by the water seamless and friendly. we had a room by a lovely swimming pool with a covered patio so we could sit outside at our little table and overlook the pool with soothing waterfall. the breakfast was included and was stunningly delicious. more fresh rolls, flaky crosissants and custom omelets. The staff even made my coffee from the machine and was very accommodating, friendly and jumping to help. a wellness center is also included but sadly we didn't have time. Hoping to come back though. I can't say enough good things about this hotel! Great for a recharge before flying home after a busy travel, weddings, elegant chic dinner and breakfast stay.

I liked the room a lot, very clean and nice. Breakfast was amazing, wide variety of food, fresh fruit and coffee from local and international cuisine. Reception people are very nice and so are the restaurant and breakfast lounge people.

What a lovely City at this time of year.

What a lovely City at this time of year. We were very impressed with Christmas decorations all over the building and restaurants and hotels. Our main reason to visit Romania was to visit a their Christmas Market which was well worth it, lots of food, great stalls and music and entertainment well into the night. Traffic was busy but I found the roads in very good condition. We took a drive to the Salina Salt mines which was amazing and once again, I found the road really nice day and night driving. We found a lovely Trattoria (Adagio) just metres away from the apartment and would recommend them as the food was great, prices reasonable and service excellent.

The hotel was warm, friendly welcoming and convenient. The shuttle to and from the airport worked well. The hotel was clean and there were helpful amenities such as tea/ coffee and water in rooms. The restaurant was good value with a varied menu , food was great, served promptly. All staff spoke English, and all were friendly and keen to help. Location was perfect for prompt connections to flights. There are good public transport links into the city too. There is no lift, but this was not an issue as staff helped to carry bags. No noticeable noise from airport or main road with windows closed. No noise from other guests.

Immaculate property, easy to get in and out, great location for the US Embassy, zoo close by and very good location. Great, great beds and pillows, two balconies, 3 air conditioning units, restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get in and out, underground parking, great wifi. Easy to get in touch with owner. Super safe location. I would come again and stay longer.

Therme was amazing got to recommend, don’t bother going for Elysium the palm is the best part! Close to the shops, nice affordable shops to visit and easy to use public transport, I’d recommend downloading bolt for your time there.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. It’s a good location as everything is within a 20 minute taxi ride. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The owner, Victoria really went out of her way to make sure you had an amazing stay. We loved every minute of our stay there and would definitely come back!

The hosts were extremely kind and responsive. They allowed our group to use all the amenities. I strongly recommend. We took advantage of the snow and made a snowman in the yard. It is extremely nice to be greeted with a smile, warmth and responsiveness. The hosts don't speak English well, but we used a mobile app and everything was fine.

Bucharest is a beautiful city. I like them vibe of the city. There are lots of coffee shop. The city comes alive at night with people having their coffee during early evenings, sitting outdoors although it’s cold. They have large malls, and also beautiful shops and boutiques all over the city. The one negative I will say is that people are not friendly. they do not say hello nor smile as you pass by them.. If you smile at them, they don’t smile back. They’re not rude. They just don’t acknowledge you. That’s just how they are. I am not used to that when visiting a country.

The airport is not great at all, the staff are not friendly, and the available food is terrible. the food is so overpriced for an airport and does not look fresh. In the Duty Free, the staff are on their phone and do not want to help. The toilets are disgusting and covered in faeces or broken locks. Would not recommend at all.

lovely location and good communication to begin with, with the owner however when showing faults of the inside room they did not agree although there is proof. There is mould in bathroom and the smell is very overwhelming despite leaving the windows opened. I could not stay for more than the weekend with dust/dirt of the room honestly. They just need to clean the inside of the room to the good standard that is in the lounge area and put a nice air fresher in the room, same as outside. :)

More of a residential area but clean and value for money Hosts were excellent No bars close by restaurant downstairs was closed. Royal sushi restaurant was nice next door. If wanting quiet holiday it's great but 45 to hour away in taxi for night-life.
