The hotel is truly wonderful – warm and welcoming everywhere you go. The room was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and the food was delicious. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the staff is friendly and always ready to help. The hotel also has parking available, which is a great convenience for guests. The SPA center is excellent, offering many facilities – a jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, salt room, and great massages. There is also a restaurant within the hotel where you can order anything you like. The location is perfect – close to the city center, about a 5-minute walk, and there is a Lidl right next to the hotel. Highly recommended!

Property is nice,we had a spacious apartment ,the beds are very comfortable ,the staff is very kind ,especially a girl and the guy who worked in the afternoon sift at the reception .We also had breakfast ,very good selection for everyone.They whole stay was fantastic and special thanks to the team for the little surprise they prepared for the birthday.

Hotel Bor by Karisma is a brand new hotel located in a beautiful area not far away from the city centar of Zlatibor mountain. First of all I would like to point out that all the employees in this hotel are amazing and really kind. At the check in we were offered with the glass or champagne. We arrived at the hotel at 1 pm and the room was ready so they let us check in earlier which was really convenient for us. The superior room we got was spacious and well equipped. The shower worked perfectly with enough hot water. The heating in the room but also in the whole hotel was exceptional. The hotel area is very clean. The most thing I liked about this hotel was the breakfast and the spa. The breakfast offered an extensive variety of options with freshly squeezed juices and the option to get a la cart eggs with truffles or avocado toast the way you like it. The spa area is amazing. There is a huge swimming pool with the water which was warm enough for swimming and relaxing. It's equipped with 3 different kind of saunas and one steam room. In the spa area you can't order the food but you can order some drinks and wine. I would like to praise the general manager Dragan S. for being very kind and always being around guests making sure that everything is fine. Jovana Z. a reservation agent was extremely kind and professional as well.
