Very clean and professionally maintained room. I stayed in old building in a room with good ventilation and view. The weather was nice. We enjoyed the fresh breeze therein. Thank you Khalid and Zainab for all the time and help at reception desk. Everything in continetal breakfast was amazing, well prepared and presented. Yasin and rest of staff are very good there.

Your restaurant's cuppachino is the best I ever tasted 😋. The executive suite met my expectations. Sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee with the hubby, with such a spectacular view, our short vacation could not get better. The full-sized fridge/freezer in the kitchen was a bonus. Next time, we will go for a swim in your beautiful pool.

Al Khobar is great to visit in the winter months, December ~ March. The corniche is very beautiful, clean and well maintained. King Fahd Causeway bridge is a treat to visit. Half Moon Beach is also a beautiful and clean beach to visit.

The hotel staff are very friendly and always welcome with a smile, they always remind us to share if any concern or requirment for them to help. I was sick the staff immediately arranged a residence doctor for check up and ambulance was arranged . I always recomend other travellers to stay in this hotel, you will feel homely and comfortable.

Al-khafji is a small town close to sea.

Al-khafji is a small town close to sea. The thing I liked about it was that the beach had less people so it was relative clean. Even kids can take a bath in it. I am not sure if less crowd was due to Eid-vacations or is it always like that. The beach had lots of parking places, rides for kids and at least one bathrooms for about a kilometer region . Beach had good sand and less rocks as compared to other big city beaches like Alkhobar, or Jeddah (two beaches I have seen so far in Saudi). My kids even found very nice shells over there. Once inside sand or water they didn't want to leave. I really loved this beach. I saw other females inside the ocean as well with the family which was a good news for me so I could also go in, of course with appropriate clothes (fully covered swimsuit or your full pants and shirt). There were not many branded food chains. I think I saw one McDonald and one KFC.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, the staff was extremely welcoming, and the location was perfect. I highly recommend it and would stay again! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The room featured elegant décor, comfortable bedding, and a beautiful view. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job every day. A truly five-star experience.

Dammam and Khobar are very beautiful cities with plenty to offer. Our stay was fantastic. We explored the Corniche, which offers stunning views of the Arabian Gulf, and enjoyed Arabic cuisine at restaurants like Al Romansiah. The Mall of Dhahran was amazing, offering a wide range of shopping and entertainment options. We also visited the King Fahd Park, which is one of the largest parks in Saudi Arabia, and took a trip to Half Moon Bay, where the serene beaches were perfect for relaxation. The Heritage Village in Dammam gave us a glimpse into the rich history and culture of the region. For a bit of adventure, we visited Al Khobar’s Scitech Technology Center, which was both educational and entertaining. Overall, the people of Dammam are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our visit even more enjoyable.

Even though the hotel, didn’t have a proper Gym , mislead by the swimming pool , and bad food experience I should admit that the staff was one of the best staff ever seen in Saudi , very helpful, trying their best to overcome the other bad things the Hotel have , I would mention Miss Asmaa, she tried to call and follow up for each note or feedback .
