Very friendly and effective staff. Made me feel very much at home. The location has wonderful views, however, it is a little distance from the CBD which is problem if you're traveling for work. For a holiday a more flexible work schedule - this would not apply. The apartment itself, including Wi fi and all the facilities were excellent and well maintained.

You can't beat the price for all of the amenities that come with this property. I appreciate the "Welcome to Prestige Apt packet that lists all of the amenities, evacuation plan, housekeeping rules, internet, and emergency phone numbers. The modern-style accommodation is new and well-maintained with a full-size fridge and kitchen to satisfy all short- and long-term stays. Communicating with Leotina via whatsapp is a plus. I appreciate the flexibility among the team and the MD.

I received five star service from every staff member. I loved everything about my room including the fantastic water view plus the balcony with seating and a bistro table. Sufficient lighting options in all the right spots in my room. The food from the very limited menu was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my sweet-and-sour chicken, steamed rice plus mixed fresh vegetables.

Very spacious and on-ground apartment so my 1 year old child is safe to play around. Very family friendly location. My first time to be in Honiara and I was scared because I arrived at 8pm. But was at Peace when I saw Joe waiting at the arrivals. Very friendly couple ( Joe & Salome) and friendly staffs. I will stay there on my next travel and will recommend to my friends if they travel to Honiara

The reviews of this hotel are unnecessarily harsh. The room was acceptable for the budget category. The balcony was nice to have. The funicular-style elevator is very unique. The entire place has tremendous character. Because the only wifi is in the lobby, you are likely to make some new friends. The staff is excellent. They do everything they are supposed to be doing. There’s nothing wrong with the food at this restaurant either for breakfast or dinner. The bar is also good. No problems with hot water or water pressure or the air conditioning. if you want a higher end accommodation, there are plenty of other choices.

Honiara is almost a third world city, plenty of people, shops selling crap to the locals. but people are friendly plenty of different types of food outlets. traffic is not good during week days. but i love the place Solomon's is an untouched paradise outside of Honiara, its limited in facilities but the beauty of the islands on top of people that are friendly, helpful makes it a place to visit. dont expect to much in facilities but if your adventuress this is the place to go.

Tourism here is quite undeveloped compared to other Pacific countries but I found Karen at Iumi Tour Solomons excellent. She arranged a couple of day tours when I was stranded in Honiara due to frequently changed flight schedules. Allow for things to go wrong and it is a wonderful experience if a little gritty.

I was there to visit the US Marine Corps battle sites: Edson's Ridge, Alligator Creek, Battle of Henderson Field, and others. There's a lot to see in 1 week, so plan in advance what you want to see - and get in shape to hike in the heat. These are real jungle battlefields, and with luck you'll find relics and remnants.
