- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.8Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 48 reviewsSuper amazing place! Its a really nice villa with a super nice, big pool and a nice and also big garden! We had the pool all for ourselves, not sure if that is always the case. The house is also really nice, well equiped with everything you need and big! The place is run by a very friendly, local family. Its not at the beach, but I would definitly prefer this over a beach front hotel! Having all this space and the garden and the pool gives you so much more. Also, La Digue is just such a cool island, which we liked better than Mahe and Praslin. If I come again to Seychelles for 2 weeks, I would stay at least one week on La Digue in the Villa Pasyon!Guest review byMarcSwitzerland
- From US$1,580.67 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Superb - What previous guests thought, 771 reviewsThis is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. Definitely my absolute best. Like I said in my last review, I have retired and travel quite a bit. From my experience there's always something special about each hotel. However, there is always one that exceeds all your expectations. It's the one hotel you will only book. Le Domaine de L'Orangerie is that one for me. If you are visiting La Digue, it's in my opinion the only hotel to book. The staff are so friendly and always attentive to your needs. JUST THE BEST OF THE BEST!!! And you couldn't wish for a better location.Guest review byKadiSouth Africa
- From US$237.39 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.1Very good - What previous guests thought, 54 reviewsWe were initially a bit wary about booking this property due to lack of/mixed recent reviews, but we needn’t have worried! We had the sea view room which was amazing, clean, spacious and with amazing sunsets. Had everything we needed and it was great hearing the waves during the night. Breakfast also really good, the staff working there were also really friendly and attentive, remembering our breakfast order and preferred table each morning. The property was well-located for everything, yet quiet, and it has a small beach out the front. Would definitely recommend!Guest review byHayleyUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Superb - What previous guests thought, 522 reviewsAfter a long trip, we were greeted so warmly that we felt welcome right away. The place is really well looked after and perfectly located in the center of La Digue – just a short walk from the ferry. Our luggage was brought straight from the boat to our room, which was super convenient. The breakfast had a nice selection, the drinks at the hotel bar were great, and we totally recommend trying the pizza! We’d happily stay here again and can definitely recommend it to anyone visiting La Digue.Guest review byMarkusAustria
- From US$323.08 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.4Good - What previous guests thought, 2,160 reviewsWe received a 5 star service throughout. The reception starting with a pick up from the Jetty, to the service during breakfast was all awesome. Every staff member including the security was super professional and helpful. The resort itself is beautiful and lovely. We booked the first night in the budget friendly units outside the resort itself but we still received the 5 star service from the resort.Guest review byThereshoSouth Africa
- From US$391.40 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.9Good - What previous guests thought, 542 reviewsthe hotel is a lovely older quaint hotel in a beautiful position with a lovely beach in a sheltered area (especially for Dec/Jan) just outside town on La Digue & really lovely garden - but the staff were our absolute highlight! Lindi, who’s been at the hotel for 32 years is phenomenal and it shows throughout her staff. We would definitely recommend PATATRAN & would love to return!Guest review byKirstinSouth Africa
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 7.6Good - What previous guests thought, 179 reviewsBeen here for the third time! Great value for money! Incredible hospitality, feels like at your family country house. The lady of the villa and personnel were nice, friendly and helpful. Changed a room on demand, Comfortable beds. Great breakfasts! New bikes for rent, much better than those near the ferry. Shops and takeaways in walking distance. Fantastic banana jam!Guest review byEkaterinaRussia
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 194 reviewsThis was our second time visiting, and we enjoyed it as always. It's in a good location, as it's in the middle of any direction. A quick bicycle hop will take you to a more lively part, but it's very peaceful for a good night's sleep. Beds are really big and comfy.Guest review byMihaSlovenia

So easy to spend a few days here, visiting as many beaches as possible via bike, walking or boat or just relaxing in the garden of our guest house. It was not as expensive as we were expecting based on what others had told us; the food was delicious wherever we ate and there are two well stocked supermarkets for snacks and drinks!Guest review bySamAustralia - 10.0

Great island - really laid back and everyone on bicycles to get around. I did the hike to Anse Marron which was difficult due to the terrain but totally in nature and the natural surroundings - I loved it. This is definitely not for the faint of heart as we were in caves waiting for the tide to go out with 10 seconds to get up a rock kind of deal but man it was cool. For a longer Seychelles stay I would stay here for sure.Guest review byJohnUnited Kingdom - 10.0
La Digue is an absolute gem in the Seychelles and one of the...
La Digue is an absolute gem in the Seychelles and one of the most picturesque islands we’ve ever visited. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, where time seems to slow down. The island is small and easy to explore—bicycles are the main mode of transport, adding to its laid-back charm. The beaches are truly breathtaking, with crystal-clear turquoise waters and powdery white sand. Anse Source d'Argent, in particular, lives up to the hype—it's like stepping into a postcard. Beyond the beaches, the island has lush greenery, granite rock formations, and a warm, welcoming local culture. What makes La Digue even more special is how untouched and authentic it feels. There are no big resorts or heavy crowds, just a perfect blend of nature, tranquility, and friendly people. Whether you're relaxing on the beach, cycling around the island, or watching the sunset by the ocean, La Digue is a place you’ll never forget.Guest review byDecy GPhilippines
