Everything was perfect. We found the keys in the key box, there also was champagne and chocolate for welcome. The kitchen was well equipped and had also tea, coffee, sugar, etc. We really appreciated the big living room, which is perfect for a big group, the fireplace (with firewood) and the sauna. The rooms were very clean and equipment modern. We had a very nice stay after a cold and rainy day.

    Amazing hiking trails in the area A short distance from the Juliana trail Perfect for doing the nearby peak Visevnik! Super friendly staff at check in - let us leave hiking bags after check in and recommended some local transport links - very warm and passionate about the surrounding area. ALSO in the buffet dinner they provided a made-to-order vegetarian main for my partner. Food was great, breakfast and dinner, and a lovely terrace to enjoy a drink outside. Fun and personable staff!

    It was super easy to book the apartament and collect the keys. The facicility is located in the center of National park with plenty of nature and mountain trails. I really recommend this place for all people looking for friendly atmosphere and hiking trips. In addition the area and facility itself is pet friendly which was a strong advantage.

    If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect place. If you enjoy walking, it's also ideal. It takes about half an hour to reach Lake Bled and around 40 minutes to get to the Vintgar Gorge. All around are beautiful Slovenian villages.

    The breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of food and a great variety. The food was really delicious. We truly enjoyed the accommodation, and the hotel owner was lovely, helping us with every question and everything we needed. We got caught in the snow in the mountains, and the hotel owner drove us in his own car – it was so kind and definitely not something to be taken for granted. I highly recommend this place ☺️

    Sponde Gorge is a village just outside Lake Bled so ideally situated for exploring the region. It is only a 5 min drive on main road or 25 min walk on smaller country roads. There is a supermarket and a bar with a playground/skate park & a lovely restaurant serving local produce.
