Owners and their staff are very welcoming and helpful. Nukk even organized us a free transfer to the pier though it was not in the ticket i purchased online.

United KingdomAmazing, beautiful location, free kayaks and paddle boards. Very good Thai food. Resort is run by an adorable Thai family who can't do enough for you. We ran out of Sunscreen and local shop didn't have any. We sat down for evening meal and they must of gone out on a bike to get some for us, as they presented it to us at dinner. Their is also a good fun cocktail bar open until early hours just 10 mins up the road. We hopefully will return next year.

Wow, what a great and restful vacation we had here! We spent 11 nights at the resort and we acctually did not want to leave, even for a scooter drive since it was so peaceful and we really needed the stress-out.
We stayed in a room with our own pool and it was really lovely.
Despite that, we also spent a lot of time by the big pool, and off-course, the beach.
The staff is lovely! so kind and always smiling.
Sim, is such a wonderful guy and nothing is to much of a problem for him. He even helped us book massage 3 times, and since there is no massage places close by, he asked them to come to the hotel and so they came and gave us massage in our own bungalo!
The beach is lovely and aprx 1000 m long if you like to stroll along it. There is a few other resorts along the beach so you can variate the eating and drinking if you like.
However, we really loved and prefered the food and drinks at the hotel, firstly because it was very tastful but secondly because of the staff and the cleaniness.
We were on a boat-trip (excursion) one day, which the staff in the reception helped us book. Nothing much about that, some snorkeling, watching the sunset and eating barbeque. But well worth a try if you want to see some other views for a day.
This was definatly one of my best vaccations I have had and I travel alot (2-3 times a year at least). We wish all the best to Sim and his staff and would like to thank all of them for making our stay here so magical! /with love Jenny and Thor

The beach is beautiful, picture perfect. I recommend booking the bungalow which has the small private pool (there's only one), it's a nice feature and we appreciated the privacy. The staff was great, very professional. The bunglow was comfortable, spacious and well appointed. There's a fitness center which was never crowded. Motorbike rentals were available at the resort at a very resonable rate - it's really the only way around the island if you want to explore. The food was excellent, breakfast was included but lunch and dinner were extra but resonably priced. There's no 7-11 on the island, but there is a small shop within the resort where you can purchase toiletries, snacks and beverages. Loved the beach swings and hammocks. The beach faces West, so the sunsets are second to none.

We have basically liked everything about this resort. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean in a jungle-like set-up but the best part has been the leisure area named The Deck Bar, with it's fine pool, good restaurant, excelent espresso and cocktails, nice staff and a spectacular sunset! Also, the property provides a motorbike (scooter) rental service and this has been a big plus for us.

Being a vegetarian, we were afraid of our food, but the staff cooked separately the vegetarian dishes and those were perfect for us. Apart from that there were so many vegetarian dishes in the menu, so it was very convenient for us to dine at the restaurant at a very reasonable price. Penang Curry was very delicious. Dining at sea facing was an enjoyable and relaxation moment.

This place has been the highlight of our trip around Thailand, and we have just booked to come back for three weeks again. The bungalows are lovely, the bay that the hotel is located in is just perfect for swimming and kayaking, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. If you appreciate nature and peace and quiet, I cannot recommend this place enough.

Very nice structure in the middle of the nature. Clean and silent rooms. The lady at the reception and all staff were very helpful and kind. There are some restaurants nearby and also a night market. It takes around 10 minutes by walk to arrive on the main beach where you can see amazing sunsets.

The stuff always was very friendly and helpful, even when we was a bit late for to check out.

Cozy small houses in gorgeous nature. Just few steps down the wooden pathways through flower gardens is small private beach. Restaurant is big and airy with wooden floor and view on the sea. Very helpfull and skilled staff personel.

What I've seen was fantastic.
What I've seen was fantastic. In so many ways, there are a lot of fun hideaways...that you can't mention them all. Feel free to get lost often. I know I did and loved it. After dark on a cycle...not as much. But day time...just go for it! Don't forget to stop by some of the road side restaurants for your favorite drink.

Koh Kood is a genuine hidden gem.
Koh Kood is a genuine hidden gem. The tropical beaches have crystal clear water and there are some great snorkeling spots if you look hard enough. Make sure you get down to The Fisherman Hut and mention Whimsical Tricycle to the owner, Tom. He will know what you mean. Enjoy! But keep it secret. Keep it safe.
