Everything went fine.special thanks to the reception team(very professional)and all the staff working in the restaurant/Bar/pool/beach/animation wich tried to make everything working perfectly but maybe it is time to make some change: 1-the drinks everywhere are too warm for a 48 degree day 2-the quality of drinks must be much better(1 week was not able get a mojito(the most standard summer Drink everywhere)cause there is always something missing) 3-you must take time and invest on the beautiful bar in the pool(putting some flower,cleaning the floor,throw the fridge and make some good decoration,indeed just google it how must a pool bar looking like)those details make the difference between a good hotel and great hotel. 4-spend some money to get a summer casual Outfits for the staff working on the bar/pool,it is a hotel not a bank to be working in a suit by 48 degree!!! 5-A guest relation is a need to make progress and have an ear to the guests

Overall this property was clean, had a good balance of lively activity and restful periods throughout the day. The staff were all very happy and friendly. Myself and partner had a bad start to our holiday being at El Mouradi Palace, nevertheless Iberostar changed our perspective on Tunisia and was more than willing to get are second attempt to our holiday started on the right note. Staff were more than helpful when hearing about our previous experience. There were also no complaints about the food.

Everything is perfect: the staff is extremely kind and available for any kind of need, many nice activites, funniest and very decent animation team, the food is yummy. I like every thing in this hotel. i forgot my bébé bag in the hall, they kept it for me until i get it it back. Madame Houda was very professional at booking communication. I'll return back next year definetly.

After 2 weeks in Tunisia with many hotels we can say that this was the best. by far. They try very hard to do everything right and we were treated like royals ;) The rooms are very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need, in every detail. the breakfast is generous and very tasty. The hotel is very centrally located in Hergla. a lovely little village on the coast with delicious restaurants and lovely boutiques with handmade artwork. When we arrived there was no hot water in the whole village. but that was fixed quicker than first stated. There is even a heater in the room. very pleasant and super cozy. Thank you and we wish you a good start with your hotel.
