Located on the beach, the all-inclusive El Mouradi is set in the seaside resort of Sousse. It has 3 outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and access to water sports such as windsurfing.

I recently stayed at one of your listed hotels for a family vacation, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The check-in process was chaotic, with long queues and disorganized staff. Guests were handed cards to fill out without pens, which only added to the frustration.
The lack of network and Wi-Fi in the rooms was a major inconvenience. The dining situation was equally problematic. Both lunch and dinner times were incredibly crowded, and the buffet food ran out quickly, leading to confrontations and long waits. Despite having an all-inclusive package, I had to eat outside the hotel on several occasions because the dining facilities were so poorly managed.
This trip felt like a significant waste of money, and the overall quality of the hotel did not meet the standards I expect from your recommendations. I hope you can address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

Staff were amazing. Very patient and kind. All the staff seemed happy to be there and willing to answer any questions. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The entertainment was great. Enjoyed easy access to the beach with snacks and drinks. The pool was clean and well controlled.
This all-inclusive, luxury hotel offers a choice of restaurants and an outdoor swimming pool with a sun terrace. Guest rooms have a balcony with a view of the sandy beach.

I liked everything, the location, the pool, the sea with crystal white sand and warmer than the pool, the food all buffet with a lot of variety to select from. Open early and close late to accommodate all guests schedules. Highly animated and I regretted being there for work instead of vacation. Will go there again even for vacation!
