Everything was truly superb at the hotel - it's architecturally stunning! Great rooftop restaurant and bar! The Suite was WONDERFUL - comfortable, great bathrooms, cool, access to outdoors/fresh air if you wanted, nice towerlsa nd shower amenities - very relaxing! The Hotel is located on the edge of the Medina so easy to get to/from, given the Medina streets are so narrow. The hotel staff are simply amazing - the security personnel, the staff at the front desk, etc. The breakfast was amazing too! Of course, if you want to shop in the Medina and see the sights of Tunis, it's perfect!

I had a delightful stay at Neira, the location was wonderful at the heart of Sidi Bou Said. The owners and staff were very accommodating and kindly upgraded us to a room with a balcony which was impeccably clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the communal space well designed and beautifully decorated. I had a great time at the hammam, very cosy vibes and excellent massage. I highly recommend this charming place and will definitely be back !

The place is very cozy, clean and adorable. The personal is very welcome and professional on everything. They also give you information about the country and the area to visit. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely come back.

We lived in a real Palace. The building is very old and it was absolutely like a museum!! So beautiful! We took great pictures and felt like in a historical movie) There are just few rooms there so most probably you would have the whole Palace just for yourself)) The bed was very comfortable and we had great sleep. The Palace is in Medina, thus you need to consider this. It might be difficult to drive exactly to the house itself, it might be crowdy outside - there are tourists there, and the noise from the street is loud. However at night it’s very peaceful and quite. There was no tea pot at the room, however the staff was very helpful and supportive. We had a very rich homemade breakfast which we enjoyed a lot!! Note that if you want to have a dinner in the Palace, you should discuss it in advance. There is no restaurant inside. However just in 5 minutes distance there is a great place to have a lunch or dinner. Just check if it’s booked or not, it’s very popular.

Honestly the experience was extraordinary, The decoration is fantastic, all the stuff are lovely, all the facilities are clean.

Dar Al Madina is a spectacular hotel, very beautiful and well maintained. In the heart of the medina, 10 minutes from the Ottoman fort. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. Breakfast is spectacular. Parking facilities nearby. Highly recommended!
