Firstly the staff were all lovely and friendly, we had to book just one night due to an error with our previous hotel, and the process was really smooth to check in; the cafe/restaurant also has delicious cakes and their Turkish breakfast is great quality, would definitely book here if staying in Side again! Wish we had booked here for the whole holiday!

The hotel ist run by a very nice and caring family, the food is very tasty and diverse. 2 minutes to the very clean private beach, seawater is pristine (protected area). The beach is so quiet at all times, that sea turtles lay eggs every night on it. The pool is big enough and clean. The garden is very pretty. My daughter and I had a very relaxing week and were treated like queens every single day!

Such a nice hotel, with everything you can possibly need. - very nice staff, for example we arrived 15 minutes before restaurant closure and the reception clerk himself suggsted for us to have some food before checking in. - Food was delicious, with a lot of choice and sometimes some extra showfood (like freshly made sushi or dessert). - Nice, clean rooms. We stayed in the family rooms which had a seperate bedroom (Villa park). It was in a seperate area which was more quiet and had a small restaurant on site, but therefore a bit of a walk to the main hotel area. - Kids entertainment was brilliant, especially because of the staff and all the nice things they arrange for the children. With the play area and mostly safe kids pool we could actually have a holiday feeling despite having small kids ;-) - Nice and good quality hammam

Upon arrival we have been upgraded from Aishen Club standard room to SELIN Beach House which was 2 categories higher. The entire area of all hotels is beautiful and well kept. Food is on high level and more then you need. Selection of bars and drinks is huge. During the day there is a lot of activities so the is no room for you to get board. Beach is wide and long with cleaning service and bars + is hotel property with free service. WIFI is strong in every area - on the beach was as good as in the main building. Staff is very friendly and speaks English or German. This was our best hotel and vacation so far. April, May and September are the best months to visit here as it is not so hot and there is not full occupancy. Highly recommend this 5 star property. Regards from Lukasz and Monika. Honestly, I loved everything about this hotel! It's just a paradise for parents with younger kids ! They have everything you need to rest because kids will be entertained and happy means parents will be as well:)) The room was nice and well maintained, the hotel is very clean, food was tasty, staff was friendly and very helpful! When I was checking reviews on this hotel, I saw a couple of negative ones that made me concerned , but in the end, I never noticed anything negative during our stay. We had 3 kids with us 5, 3.5 and 2.5 years old - they all had sa lot of fun. The kids' club accepts kids from 2 years old, so you can also leave a kid for 2 hours and enjoy a bit of sun. In most hotels, it works with kids from 4 years old. I think you can't find a better hotel for such a good value for money:)

We really enjoyed our vacation at Lago Hotel. The hotel and the area around it was stylish, beautiful and clean. The rooms were rather on the small side, but they were well equipped and comfortable, everything you needed was available in the room. The refrigerator in the room was filled daily with soft drinks. The selection of food was versatile, a lot of fresh, and it was especially nice to have fresh juices at breakfast. Pool area/beach were pleasant. Lots of activities, the gym was quite well equipped. I highly recommend. We will definitely visit the hotel again in the future.

The hotel was very nice overall. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with large wardrobes and plenty of storage space. The design of the hotel is beautiful and quite unique — it really stands out and creates a pleasant atmosphere. It’s located just a 2–3 minute walk from the beach, or you can take the cart that runs every 5 minutes, which is very convenient. The beach itself is comfortable, with plenty of sunbeds available.

The resort is just fantastic. It's like a botanical garden with lots of pools, bars, and places to hang out. The staff is very friendly and they were always ready to help. We enjoyed everything during our stay, and we are considering coming back here next year. The food was great, with lots of options for everyone.

Loved walking along to SIDE, Temple of Apollo was lovely as...

Loved walking along to SIDE, Temple of Apollo was lovely as was all the other ancient ruins. Was a bit disappointed that could not go into the amphitheatre in SIDE as work was being undertaken. Walking along the promenade area was nice, looking at the ships going in/out and was not inundated with people trying to sell their goods.

There are nothing in Kizilagac region, no bar, no disco no...

There are nothing in Kizilagac region, no bar, no disco no nightclub at all, so if you are going to that region, you need to stay inside your hotel. the closest area that you can have some dinner or drinks in the evening is 20 kms away (20-25 min. by taxi).

The place is full of history, everytime you go back there is more of what the archaeologists are finding to enhance and add to the history of the place,it truly is a beautiful part of turkey and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in history and culture 😀

The mini bus was with conditioner.

The mini bus was with conditioner. On our way back the journey was exactly as Booking.com predicted. Though there was one mistakes which we realised only in the airport. The driver brought us into Terminal 1, which was says at Booking.com and we did not checked ourself against the boarding card… so please check on your tickets which Terminal you need to go. Otherwise I am happy that I booked transport via Booking.com - informative, accurate, good value for money. Thanks.

Beach very busy, but hotels nearly all have their own private area. Beach front walk takes you into the centre, where there are good cafes and restaurants, and ancient monuments and ruins of interest.

A wonderful resort run most efficiently at all levels.

A wonderful resort run most efficiently at all levels. All the staff were extremely helpful and always served us with a smile. Resort was very clean and well decorated. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained. A good range of food and drinks were served at all areas to a very high standard. Resort offers numerous activities for all age groups. The pool was spacious and was not crowded during our stay. In addition, we were most impressed with the hands-on attitude from the top management, led by the General manager and reception team. They were there to insure a pleasant holiday for the clients; most impressive. All the staff at the restaurant looked after us well, but our especial thanks to Uhmurt Arsland, Ali Kerageld and Kadir for their exceptional attention to our needs. They were truly magnificent. Well done team. An outstanding family holiday resort in Antalya.
