We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The view and the facilities were excellent. The staff were very professional yet friendly and accommodating, especially the Front Office team of Mr. Mehmet Kiral and Ms Serap. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet spread at its restaurant. The waiters were friendly and helpful too especially Mr Ozgur. Well Done!

It was a two-night stay, but I was surprised that the room was small and the view modest, but I rely thank Mr. Eray the sales manager, for containing the matter and making an upgrade to a room with a wonderful view but it consisted of three single beds which is cost me 85 Euro and it did not make a problem for me. The location of the hotel is exceptional because it is located in the middle of a lively and snowy area and I liked the restaurant and café on the first floor with its unique view and wonderful atmosphere. One of the most wonderful things that is what Miss Gizem is doing in terms of attention and care from the moment of confirming the reservation and before traveling until my arrival at the hotel and what she offers of services and assistance even after our arrival. She was fluent in English, as well the hotel staff. Sure, I will back again, and the hotel will be my first choice.
