The hotel is absolutely gorgeous on all fronts! All staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great with super easy access to the MRT. Personally I really liked the Starbucks as a breakfast offering and being able to use the credits at any time during the day was very handy.

We had a fantastic stay at Cozzi Hotel! The location is perfect—situated in a less noisy area but still close to the MRT, making it super convenient to get around. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We also liked the variety offered at breakfast.

The front desk concierge was so kind, friendly, and personable which made us feel really welcome. She also gave us great recommendations in the area. My room was spacious, very clean, and comfy - perfect for the last day of a long trip around Taiwan. The breakfast had tons of options, and the food was very fresh. I have to start with an unfortunate event that turned out to be very fortunate for us: we stayed in this hotel at the time of the 7.4 earthquake in early April. The event itself was absolutely scary, but looking back we were very thankful to stay at this place instead of anywhere else. The building was all moving and shaking, but there was no damage at all thanks to the construction of the building. The staff was very nice and helpful at all times. The building is beautiful, including the interior and the room! We absolutely loved the white colours in the room. The room was spacious and equipped with everything, with a nice walk in closet, an office corner and a huge bathroom (we loved the Japanese style toilet :) ). The location is great, there are two shopping malls in a walking distance, with some nice restaurants.

They provided a place to store our luggage when we arrived before check-in time and also prepared a bed for our infant upon request. The staff were very helpful and one was exceptionally friendly to our young infant. Everything is clean and tidy and looks to be recently furnished. The buffet breakfast, while basic, is pretty good with selection and like everything, is better than what might be expected from hotels of this price range.

Great location - near Da'an Park and an interesting shopping precinct. Well appointed hotel - excellent room; really good breakfast which included options for a Western palate. That was often not the case with other hotels in Taipei. Free coffee and snacks in the foyer was a bonus.

Clean comfortable space, spacious, and a small tub to soak in as well. My son loved the tub. Bed was big and AI room assistant was quite cool. Carrefour and Hai Di Lao and a few places for massage was just diagonally across the main street as well.

It is a very good place for the overseas Chinese, it's like your second hometown. We share the same culture and language, I can make a phone call and talk to people freely, not like in Japan. The food satisfied us. The people in this land are warmhearted. I love Taipei

The curiosity of the range of food preps and cuisine. Difficulty communicating with most taxi drivers but was thankful to the hotel staff for having the location written in Tai language making it easier. In addition, unfortunately I was not able to do site seeing as my time schedule was tight for attendance for the medical conference.

Public transport is so well-developed and affordable that you can almost go to anywhere within the city. Also, less than 1 hour trip takes you to beautiful nature. Food, culture, people --- Taiwan is the top most favorite destination!
