I stayed here in February 2024 with my parents and it was outstanding. Beautiful, chic & modern camp in a remote, truly wild location. We saw elephants, buffalo and other plains game around the camp and heard lions & hyena at night. The staff was incredible, Godian before the trip and Gregory during our stay, the food was absolutely delicious. I would love to visit again!

The staff were amiable and ensured my comfort. The room was large, with 2 single beds and one double bed. I was welcomed with a wet towel to clean my hands and a glass of hibiscus juice. I am lactose intolerant and they provided Soya milk on request. When I came back from the game drive in the evening, they offered me some snacks. You could hear the lions roar at night very close to the tents which I found exciting. Full course delicious meals were provided.

The tent is furnished and decorated to a high standard, and setting on a hill facing 2 vallies with stunning views. The food is so delicious and tasty and cooked by professional and friendly chiefs. Finally,  the staff were really amazing and helpful, especially the manager Ommie , the butler Elly and our driver and guiding tour Denis. We really had an unforgettable experience which well last long.

The staff were incredible! We spent Christmas 2022 there and they made it feel very special with the extra touches, champagne and small Christmas tree gifts. Frank, Anton, Oscar and the rest of the team went out of the way to help us in whatever way they could. The chef cooked great meals and was very accommodating of our daughter who has an allergy to lactose. I can’t speak more highly of the staff. The accommodation for a family was wonderful. It had a central living room, with an en suite bathroom on either side. There were board games to play in the central lounge area. Just lovely! We did a self drive and enjoyed the freedom. We did get stuck in the mud once (rainy season), but one of the other vehicles quickly helped us out. We had the best time! Thank you Mawe!

The tents were the best. The wildlife likeZebra and Baboons used to visit the camp next to the tents. The atmosphere was awesome. The staff were courteous. The food was amazing. The management was cooperative. We had two issues with regard to payment and the issues have been resolved to our satisfaction. TheThree days we spent there was the best in my whole life and memorable. Wish to go there again with my family. Location was just outside Ikoma gate and I feel is ideally located. Serengeti National park bring so big that from any place we can’t cover the whole park without wasting someone in commute. We were lucky to have witnessed MIGRATION for thirty minutes. Our Driver, guide and vehicle were superb. Memorable trip.

The experience of sleeping in a tent with Animals so close by Is already thrilling, but we also appreciated the politeness of the staff, the food available, and the general ambiance
