My partner and I stayed for 3 wonderful nights whilst attending our sons graduation at the nearby Young Harris College. Having travelled from England we arrived late at night to be greeted by Garrett who was friendly and informative, this I now understand to be the wonderful Southern hospitality everyone mentions which we also experienced from all the reception & Oaks staff, especially the 2 lovely ladies who served us breakfast. (Sorry we didn't get to see you on our last day, we slept in late then had to rush off) Our room was spacious & comfortable, I didn't use the AC as I find it plays havoc with my breathing so opted for the large ceiling fan which was ample for our needs. The bed was so huge you need a sat nav to move around it :) We met a lovely couple in the Oaks bar who mentioned to us that the building will be going through a makeover which is possibly well needed however I had no complaints to make about the decor. We spent quite a lot of time in the gardens and on the pier with beautiful views of the mountains & lake. Overall we had an excellent stay which was possibly one of the finest of my 57 years on this Earth.

Cute, comfortable hotel with good parking and wifi and everything else you might need: microwave, fridge, Keurig, kitchen sink. It's close to the beautiful beach - an easy walk - and close to great restaurants (we enjoyed the seafood at the Stingray) and shops. We love Tybee Island - way better than crowded St. Augustine and the perfect place to stay and after visiting lovely but expensive Savannah. We walked on the beach in the moonlight, and then we were back for a gorgeous sunrise. We plan to return to Tybee Island, and this is where we will stay!

The property is a magnificent building, well located in Midtown Atlanta. It has beautiful luxury features and it left me speechless. The staff really went above and beyond. They saw how tired I was after a 5 hours delayed flight and they provided a complimentary upgrade in a deluxe suite, which was absolutely gorgeous and had the best view on the Bank of America building. Definitely would go back again.

My entire stay was wonderful. We have property there, are from Tennessee. We generally stayed at a motel in pine mountain, however there were many issues, including the door not locking. I found this place on Google maps, and will stay there every time I go back now!! Such an improvement!!!!

View was great, location was super convenient to all of downtown, daily happy hour was lovely, staff was super helpful-early check in, provided a discount card for restaurants on the property, helped book a trolly tour, held our luggage after checkout since we had a late flight

Great location. What a view! We also loved the island Bar staff (Holly especially) were great, as were waiters and waitresses. Levi and the other maitre de were also great. Food excellent (if expensive) Amazing pool Very-very clean

Everything. It was in the heart of a park, so close to everything. Parking space is a lot. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was good. The room and facility is perfectly maintained. We would love to come in spring and summer

Position close to the beach, great facilities as beach chairs per room, beach towels, nice pool. Easy walk to the pier,shops restaurants and bars. Lovely beach yoga sessions facing the ocean- idyllic even saw a dolphin 🐬

Excellent location, beautiful place, we were even greeted with a complimentary wine tasting! The breakfast was lovely. The bathroom in our room was one of the most beautiful bathrooms I have ever seen in a hotel.

HEATED POOL! All staff were awesome. Location was fabulous. We parked the cars and walked everywhere, just what we wanted. Super sunrises on the beach, a block away. Sunsets over the river, 3 or 4 blocks away.

The location is perfect. Very close to the beach yet right in the middle of the entertainment and food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is the only hotel I will stay at when I'm in the area.

Loved the room, Echo, the view! Staff was beyond wonderful in every aspect! Truly a first class experience for me and my sister to enjoy a little Christmas season getaway! Already planning for this year!

Room, beach and location were everything we hoped for. We were able to check in early and we could walk to the beach, shops and restaraunts in literally just a few minutes.

Location: fantastic, in the historic district with many old trees. Room: we were in the Crane cottage and had a balcony and very big room.

I loved the beachfront room with the balcony. My husband loves to watch the ships come and go from the Savannah river.

It is quite and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the restaurants, again food and service was great.

The views are gorgeous. And the Christmas decorations and the fireplace was so peaceful to set and enjoy 😊❤️

The room itself was super cute. The motel was located on a river.
