Our room was spacious and comfortable for us and our luggage, free wifi included. Breakfast was also included in our fee and absolutely brilliant. The breakfast venue in the hotel was very convenient and offered a HUGE delicious variety each morning. ALL staff who we met were very friendly and helpful. We discovered during our stay, with unexpected blizzard - that this hotel was the ONLY one in town that had a back up generator - which made us even happier that we had selected this hotel!! Considering the weather and that we were trapped in the building for two days the generator was excellent news!! Unfortunately due to the blizzard conditions the indoor heated pool struggled to stay warm enough for us to enjoy. But we got to make a snowman and snow angels!! When weather improved for us to move about, we were very close to the major Bourbon Distilleries - Buffalo Trace and Woodford Reserve.

Pool was a little colder than we thought it would be. The breakfast bar was amazing the biscuit and gravy were the best the ladies that cooked were really nice. We asked for extra towels from the room cleaning person and they gave us more than we need . Thank you to all your staff AAA+.

beds were very comfortable, rooms clean and modern. It is a very large hotel but well set out and not noisy at all. The facilities are great having so many options for food etc within the building. It is a gorgeous looking hotel and the foyer areas amazing.

We liked the history behind the facilities. We also liked the atmosphere. The other guests were friendly and we were able to enjoy a great breakfast with them. Paul and zdebbie were both very helpful and informative.

This place was so clean and sofriendly I would recommend it to anyone I've stayed in a few hotels here and there and this is by far the most cleanest everything it's wonderful

The free supper was surprisingly good, the breakfast was a cut above other hotels. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, just a good experience.

The SHOWER WAS AMAZING!!! Good work out and a fair amount of handle bars!! Loved that it was a two seater. The botanical theme you got going on is cool.

incredible food at the restaurant, was able to wander around the hotel after dinner with a glass of red in my hands to soak in the rich history

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The fresh baked cookies in the evening were a nice touch.
