Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

The room was huge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fabulous - this hotel is part of the island entertainment and shopping area. Our riverview room was quiet with a restful balcony over the river. Relaxing is actively encouraged, including around the fireplace in the lobby.

    I went to Nashville to seek medical attention at the Vanderbuilt Heart and Vascular Medical center which for me if me is the best because I have a life threating Vascular problem and they give me HOPE taht they can help me. ! they are the biggest and the best I can find to be able to help me repair my vascular problem to live.IT IS THE BEST ! for Heart and vascular problems.

    It has become very commercialized.

    It has become very commercialized. Be ready to spend LOTS of money. Don't go the second week of October because it is fall break and very crowded. 2 hour waits at restaurants, bad traffic. Don't bother with Dollywood unless you love roller coasters ( I think they had 7 or 8).

    Really enjoyed our stay, we drove around the city and its very clean and well taken care of. We walked alot in the down town entertainment area and went to a show at the local theater, and a couple of clubs, the music was free and exellent. the only thing I'd are not a fan of is the "RED parking areas do not allow you to choose a parking time frame and only allow a 30 for 12 hours (we did not need 12 hours) or 50 for 24 hours, the street parking is about 1.25 an hour if you can find it. NOTE: Memphis like a lot of cities you should know you surrounding and plan accordingly. I.e. don't go into the areas that are not for you. Security in the down town entertainment district is exellent, dont stay out past a decent hour (I.e. 12 midnight then it can get sketchy....

    Quality Inn is a HUGE disappointment!

    Quality Inn is a HUGE disappointment! We were charged twice for the rooms. Paid Booking.com AND paid Quality Inn for the same rooms. They CHEATED us and I will NEVER book like this again. Paid y'all and them for 2 rooms for 3 nights!!! SOMEBODY needs to be held accountable because somebody pocketed $755.10 of MY money. I am NOT a happy camper!!!

    Only stayed 1 night to bring my daughter back to college Everything about the hotel and rooms was great except no microwave in the rooms we stayed in. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms were excellent, beds were very soft and comfy, and clean. Everything was great. We'll be back! I give this hotel a 10

    This is 5 years in a row we have vacationed or partially vacationed in The Smokys. It has become a family tradition and looks like something the kids will share with their families when the time comes. So much to do, always. Even after all our times down there, we still find things we have yet to do. Or something’s that are so much fun we keep doing them Definitely recommend a dinner show. So many to choose from but well worth it.

    We attended the Karen Kingsbury conference in Franklin. It was refreshing and offered just enough time for us to enjoy Franklin and the local restaurants. Love the bookstore and the walking the streets to see all of the lovely homes!

    We didn't do slot in Jackson as we basically stayed in this location to visit grandchildren. Jackson was in the middle of both families. We did enjoy the Spaghetti Works one night. Met our family at Logan's for lunch on a Sunday. There were a couple of places that we wanted to visit but they were not open.. Rusty's Car Muesum being one We had visited Casey Jones Village before. We thoroughly enjoyed that Then the weather prevented us from going to London Mounds

    Murfreesboro was awesome!

    Murfreesboro was awesome! Our daughter is attending MTSU, and I feel comfortable with the campus and the surrounding environment. It felt safe and appeared to be a "family area". We are not "foodies", but we saw the variety of restaurants available in the area, and we tried a few and enjoyed the experience. We watched a movie at AMC, and it was the best experience; it was the highlight of our son's experience. We didn't have the time to go bowling or play golf, but next time we will. We are excited to return and complete the events that we missed.
