They upgraded us to a lake view room. It was amazing. Beautifully designed hotel, lovely artwork and friendly staff. Bedroom was very large and super comfy beds. We had a fireplace and large bath. Food at Brooks Bar was amazing and we loved the whole ambience of the entire hotel. Good location on edge of the main area in south lake tahoe.

size of the room, modern we bought food from restaurant, so this was good option to stay inside. we liked so much this place that we stayed 2 nights instead of 1 planned. i could say we drove several places of staying in this village and all others were worse even with better evaluation, they were smaller and dirty for the same price. this hotel/room exceeded our expectations.

Everything was perfect! The room was very clean and the staff was very kind to leave the keys outside for us because we arrived a little late.

Great hotel. Very kind and helpful staff. Location is great and place is really beautiful. Thank you to Eliza and the Argentinian girl (unfortunately we didn’t ask her name) that help us with the food allergy of our baby, you were very nice.
