Everything! Immaculately clean, total luxury right and attention to detail; from the welcome at the reception, escort to the apartment! The rooms are spacious, elegant and calming decor, furnished and provided with all required for a home away from home and more! The bathrooms are well equipped with everything- clean white robes, towels etc! I could go on and on! The customer service and front desk is at “always available” on any information on the restaurant and assistance required! The entire estate is a holiday resort with all required!

We were assisted with an early check in as we initially arrived 7hrs before normal check in time. The staff were welcoming and very friendly, thank you for that. The hotel room was clean. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was excellent. Lovely variety and with kid friendly options. Easy to get to where we needed to be in terms of location. Very family friendly. Lots of fun for the kids. Would have been a nice touch to have reception tell us all the wonderful facilities (other than the pool) on offer when we arrived but it was easy to figure it out as we explored. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (especially the gate security- big shout out to them)

The staff are phenomenal! Have never been anywhere where ALL the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had been given a different room to the one we had booked, and they immediately sorted it out, found us another, and gave us an upgraded room. When we called room service, our phone was giving issues, so the lady in room Service reported it on her own accord. They immediately came and replaced the phone. Spotless rooms, substantial servings of delicious food, it is the ideal spot in Midrand. We can not commend the staff enough from the Reception to the Room Service, Technical, Security at the gate, Restaurant and Wait Staff they were incredible. The only place we will stay in Midrand from now on.
