We,were 2 couples and stayed at Anex which was very close and convinient to the main building. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. They accompained and helped us to.park near the hotel on the first day. The waiters at the dining area (Bedar and Haitam) in the terrace were very friendly, polite and professional patient with all our questions and their advices and suggestions.

We really enjoyed our stay at this riad, from the mint tea welcome, to the point that we left the following morning.
The central courtyard was lovely and the rooms were nicely decorated. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace, where we ate a delicious dinner.
The staff were great, with a special mention for Sukina, the night manager, who was delightful.
The location was great, inside the old medina.
As expected, there can be no on-site parking inside the medina, so we parked in a car park outside the wall and had a carossa transport our luggage to the riad.

A lovely bit of luxury right in the Medina. We parked our car about a 15 minute walk away and were met by a man who trolleyed us and our bags in. The hotel is stunning and the staff are very friendly. Very clean and comfortable. The staff also organised a guided tour for us which was excellent. The view from rooftop was really nice. We will stay here again when we come back as we came on a Friday and almost everything was shut. Breakfast was outstanding too.

This hotel was amazing. It was actually a palace from 14th century. Architecture was jaw dropping. The staff was super helpful and they made our stay very comfortable. Hospitality was absolutely great. Many thanks to each one of them. My husband and I enjoyed the traditional Moroccan breakfast and dinner in this beautiful Riad and loved it. The location is easy to access majority of the main attractions by foot. WiFi connection was great as well.

Beautiful riad with modern interior decoration in the rooms but with traditional inspiration. We stayed in two different rooms each night of our stay due to availability and both were lovely. Our rooms felt very private. Breakfast was delicious. We didn’t get chance to have dinner at the Riad but they were very accommodating to us bringing food from the local square to eat in the courtyard. Also great location for exploring the medina.

The place is historical indeed! The feeling is like living in real Moroccan house, which is true. The place gives a lot of imagination and new experience. Helpful stuff and a lot of freedom, I mean you can choose breakfast time and check out is not on the morning.

The Riad was stunningly beautiful and full of charm. A real oasis of peace. Our room was palatial - huge and beautifully equipped with a huge door leading onto the courtyard with a fountain.

Beautiful Riad in traditional style but brought up to date for modern expectations of comfort. Excellent breakfast with wide choice including fresh fruit salad and orange juice, with a wide variety of Moroccan bakery products. A freshly made omelette was also produced if asked for.
The property is a traditional Moroccan Riad conveniently located in an accessible area of the Medina. The rooms are tastefully decorated and offer anything you might need during your stay. The staff makes this place an absolute gem; everyone is kind, available and thoughtful and will instantly make you feel at home.
